It depends on what do you choose in the Asgore fight or the Omega Flowey fight. But here you have to choose mercy. Neutral-Neutral. You choose mercy at Asgore or Flowey. Neutral-Genocide. At the Asgore and Omega Flowey fight you will have to choose Fight. Genocide. You kill everyone, and even farm. There's only 3 but I added 3. The Neutral run is not here.
What about no mercy? It’s like genocide however you don’t go out of your way to kill every monster by wondering around areas, you just kill every monster that does attack you, so it’s not full genocide

That intro is so fucking great he LITERALLY shatters your expectations on your first playthrough that you can spare everyone.
