Yup, the host of this video doesn't seem to realize that the iPhone is making her skin look more tan than it really is. It's February, and cold... I doubt she spent enough time at the beach to look as yellow as all those iPhone photos made her. Pleasing doesn't always mean accurate.
Was about to comment that. In the studio we can see that she has pale skin, and that is what was captured in the Samsung and the Pixel. The Iphone is not giving her natural color, for these comparisons I think it is better for her to shoot someone else for it to be a proper comparison. Just because she likes seeing herself tanned doesn't indicate that the camera did a better job.
Pixel seems to be the best offering here when we compare the price of the devices
But then you have to consider resale value……and that is where Android falls apart.

No it’s not the surrounding is greenish and iPhone gives little bit of warmer colour btw s24 ultra degraded its camera quality by its latest update. I’m not sure I’m true but my friend have s24 ultra and he gives me his opinion.

I appreciate the video, but I can't understand in the first category all the Samsung photos were bad, something must be wrong with the galaxy you were using, because I don't have that issue with mine, it takes regular photos much better than that in any lighting situation.

This is the first year the Ultra photos look very "pixel like" to me. Normally I will always carry my pixel for the camera, but don't feel the need this year...thus far

I’m giving this video a like because it clear you didn’t pick and choose the Samsung’s best shots every time on purpose to make it seem like the best. Overall, as a hobbyist photographer, I walk away from this video thrilled with my iPhone 15 Pro Max as I consider it the best camera overall by quite a bit. However, if you value a ton of features and versatility even if they’re not well-rounded, the Galaxy is great. But honestly, the Pixel might be a better choice, because it can do these things but with more consistent overall camera quality. Of course it takes the win if all you care about is AI photo editing, but I use Lightroom on my Mac, which wipes the floor with any phone built-in editor.
Now, one more thing: as someone who has all three phones, if you’re not a White person, and particularly if you’re a Black person who wants to represent your skin color accurately, you’ll want to avoid the Galaxy. Samsung, a Korean company, unfortunately values lighter skin tones and tried to brighten everyone up. The Pixel’s real tone can be a bit hit or miss, but when it hits it hits hard and I like it. Overall I’d still prefer the iPhone because Smart HDR 5 does a consistently excellent job with skin tones.

Nice video, I like Pixel for Photo and for video I like IPhone, if we need both then go for Samsung . I saw other review videos in that Samsung performed well.

Three great devices for sure. I just want to say that I am beginning to warm to the Pixel's video capabilities. If Google could only work harder on it's low light video noise control, and allow it's newest devices to alter exposure via a simple on screen sliding bar or whatever, then I would be considering buying one in the near future. I am a lifelong Samsung flagship buyer may I just add.

I have the s24 ultra and let me tell you this. The pictures are just not that great in my eyes. I had the pixel 7 pro before. Pixel just makes better pictures.

These are strange results, From every other camera comparison the samsung looked way different and better. You have a faulty unit or something?

Yes, this is VERY important. Especially when it comes to smartphones, one can make a good camera look bad. Not to mention that smartphones these days highly depend on image processing via software, so a camera might produce poor photos due to a lack of updated software, then receive an update after the video is already published. I'm not saying Versus is a misleading channel. My point is viewers should have their critical mind turned on especially if they are researching on which phone to spend their money on.

The first category was odd and didn't align with what my S24U produced or what other tech reviewers produced. The Galaxy did well after the first round, but the first round was very odd and questionable.
Just wait till the s24 ultra getd the big update. Even without the update it competed with any phone out there but after the update it is going to be even better

Cobsidering most people will be taking shots with main cam, S24 is sadly just not great..
Most people nowadays prefers to take human photos and portraits in 3x mode. 1x is only used for scenary(no one gonna feel any difference unless they compare)or some document scanning(I do scan with UW tbh).

This why i can't buy a phone based off camera. There's too much back and forth. Find something functional you need from a phone and go from there. It's too inconsistent.
I don't what's going on with s24 ultra . My s22 ultra has no contrast and exposure issue, hopefully samsung will fix this next update so that I can upgrade to s25 ultra without any worry.

You guys can hate me for saying this, but I always prefer iPhone. Just because there’s 0 lag when taking pictures (even in RAW mode), and the color is true to life. But if I got an Android phone, it would definitely be a Pixel. I don’t like Samsung’s OneUI, and all the extra unwanted apps it comes with. I know they can be disabled or deleted, but I shouldn’t have to do that in the first place.

I can get S24 Ultra for the almost same price as X100 Pro for the 512GB on the pre-order deals, though. So that's why Samsung users are everywhere compared to Vivo here. But X100 Pro is a big comeback from Vivo rather than the worst X90 series last year.

Either the pics were taken before the mist recent updates for the s24 or you're biased. My samsung s24 ultra destroys the most recent iphones and pixel. Danny winget uploaded an updated camera comparison and it ahows rhe s24 shinning.

The Samsung's HDR processing is going bad 😅
So it's clear the Samsung needs some more time to push software updates for the camera because I have never seen it perform this bad! Also, the iPhone puts a yellow filter on almost every photo and I can't stand the warming of every scenario.
