Thank you. Very helpful
Your unboxing is always clean and fun. Keep it up.
Glad you enjoy!!
Yeah, the almost total lack of ghosting is why I'm interested in some of these 144hz IPS panels. Love my current monitor but VA panels just have waaay too much ghosting, particularly with any dark colors on screen.
Great fast go through
Love it👍👍👍
But wich game you were playing?
Love the Rambo knife he used just for the unboxing.
Hey man I have been 2nd guessing it for work and gaming. When u do the review can you try the feature that called super resolution. How it upscales 1440p etc with the help of that feature. Thanks and looking forward to the review.
thanks for the video and explanation but for PS5 do you recommend M32U or M32UC for dark room mostly. I'm okay With VA but everyone recommend IPS but they say it sucks in Dark rooms
I want this monitor but it’s out of stock here :( any recommendations for 4K gaming + animation/editing , already have one for 1440p 1440hz
What mode do you use for gaming ?
Can we see the new Alienware monitor qd OLED
it doesn’t come with a monitor arm?
Do u use the super resolution setting?
First and nice video
Pls review msi mpg321ur-qd
This an ips monitor?
Requesting a full review.
Thank you.
Who puts a hidden toggle main power switch on a monitor? And did you notice that switch is not referenced in any way in the very minimal setup guide? I returned a Gigabyte monitor thinking it was DOA because there's nothing to tell me there's a toggle switch, and I had plugged the power cord in by feel. I ordered an M32U in its place, and found the switch by accident. Good monitor so far, but I've only had it a couple of days and have spent less than an hour with it. I plan to run it at 120Hz (multiple of 60) vice 144.
Haha. Yep. I was pissed and thought mine was broken. I had to see a vid of someone using the switch. The only document I saw was thier pdf file and it shows the switch on the rear IO, but not in setup. Stupid.
I've read reviews that the 100 by 100 vesa mount is a problem for wall or desk mounting.
What sort of issues?
@@michaellvoltare The mount not machined properly to take the 100 x 100 vesa device.
I prefer the MSI optix QD 4k. The picture quality is amazing and would highly recommend it to anyone.
What makes the MSI optix better?
@@jays.3702 Quantum dot ips makes the picture quality truly amazing.
@@jays.3702 The MSI monitor they are talking about has a quantum dot layer which allows the monitor to have a higher colour gamut, but is slower in response times and usually more expensive
Should I use the displayport 1.4 or hdmi 2.1 with this monitor? Does it matter at all?
no
I find it's always better to use the DisplayPort. I never use HDMI.
I just got this $400 monitor and I wasn't expecting it to be impressive, but I was pleasantly surprised, especially it being an outdated VA panel. Pairs nicely with a 3090 and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 which is its primary use. Definitely better than my 4K 60 hertz 32-inch monitor. Should keep me entertained till I get ahold of the QD-OLED.
The one in the video is an IPS monitor.
@@nese1 Yeah, I have the M32UC.
So can this thing do 120fps for ps5?
Yes it can. I just got mine in last week. It runs Warzone at 120fps as long as you're settings are all correctly setup.
I don't understand why all the companies don't make a remote controller for their monitors like TV to controll all the settings instead using this really oncomfortable buttons behind the monitors. So many years of development and none of these companites didnt managed to make a small remote controller allows users to controll their monitor settings!
Great review but must admit that it annoys me when I hear people say daily driver lol. Sorry it's just me.
It's my daily flight simulator driver, but I prefer flat screens for productivity.
I keep seeing a lot of negative reviews about this monitor. Dead pixels and just poor quality control 😔hesitant to buy
Any update ?
Just got mine today.
I bought it mainly for professional software development and gaming.
Really happy with the Panel, games run smooth, text is crystal clear and basically no noticable ghosting etc. Was a good buy for me.
Unfortunately I do have 2 stuck (green) pixels on the top part of the display. I am fine with that as they are basically only noticable when looking for them, especially since they are so far on top where the url/menu-bars are they are not as bad as it sounds. For me not worth returning it as the next unit will not be on discount and possibly might even have stuck pixels as well haha. Quality wise I'd give it a 8.5/10. Display+colors and perfomance wise it's a solid 10 for me at least. It's the First display I owned with stuck pixels, and really, in my case I don't notice them while gaming/working, so that's fine
Personally I would buy it again, as it's a really great bang for your buck compared to a lot of other monitors with same specs, especially when discounted
Update after a few minutes of further Inspection: At least 7 stuck pixels, most of which you only see when actively looking for it for minutes, else not noticable
But still, I'm getting a bit upset 😂
@@crateer damn! It really is a good monitor for the price, but the pixel problem makes me hesitant:( none of my monitors have any issues so it bothers me if I buy a new product with something annoying like dead pixels lol I ended up getting an ultrawide and so far it's been OK 👍 thanks for sharing your experience! I'll probably hold off for now on buying this one
@@tre-ou5gt I also received the m32u and I am satisfied with it too.
Even with the hdr deactivated the colors are beautiful, fast response time in game, no dead pixel.
Personally I recommend this monitor, the value for money is incredible
@@tre-ou5gt no issues with mine. A tiny bit of back light bleed in bottom left corner. I'm picky but its such a tiny bit. I ran those vids to check for pixels and what not and mine seems ok.. buy it and return if you don't like it. Just make sure the store is good for that and not Amazon, I hear Amazon will charge
Its a great monitor but fuck me for almost 1K euros its just not bringing enough to the table the stand looks like crab legs and there about to walk away .
