Does vg3 series have ink drying time? Can you work without mask or vantilarion? Does it have oudor or toxics?

Dry time? The ink is designed to dry, with minimal dry time. It's generally dry by the time it passes over the dryer apron of the printer.
Toxic odors? No, but it is not recommended to use in an unventilated room for long periods.
Can you work with it in a closed room? You could, but again not recommended to use in an unventilated room for long periods.
Can you work without a mask or ventilation? You can work without a mask, but again not recommended to use it in an unventilated room for long periods.

What steps do you take if the auto calibration fails?

If Auto Calibration Fails There are a few things you can try. First make sure the sensor doesn't have ink or dust on it. Second is if you are using reflective see the second half of the video. Third is make sure your printer head height is not too low. If all of those things you good and you are still getting errors then reach out to a Roland Tech or us and we can diagnose it further from there!

My media on my Rolland is 730mm but is only reading 712mm how can I address this?

You will never be able to use 100% of your media, the pinch rollers will always take up some. You can move the media to run right up to the edge of your outside wheels to maximize your media usage. But the whole wheel needs to be on the media. Hope that helps.
