It is available in Europe however long term data and life expectancy of the device is unknown. The best device is the one that will fit the penis the best based on the individual’s anatomy. For penises that are 5 inches or greater in the erect state, in general, the Coloplast cylinders remain the best option as these cylinders provide the most girth and rigidity.

Do you think I am being unwise to choose comfort over durability?
