Yea judge her for being in prison. Just know everyone is one mistake from being locked up and 3 choices away from being homeless. Its facts. Don’t judge anyone as you haven’t lived their life or know why they have made the choices they did. You would be so much happier if you stopped being judgmental and negative. Especially to a stranger. To me you’re just exposing how miserable you are about yourself and your own life. You sound weak. No need to bring others down to lift yourself up. Once you realize these things and stop letting the misery and negativity of your life and others affect you so badly I promise you will be so much happier and confident. Anyways, take it or leave it.

Well, this is a good learning opportunity to highlight why HOW you ask for a lawyer is very important. Technically “asking for a lawyer” can’t be used against you, but the courts almost always allow prosecutors to attack defendants with the CONTEXT and words used to request said lawyer.
For example, willingly answering a bunch of questions and getting backed into a corner and then choosing to invoke your right to lawyer “can and will” be used against you. The prosecutor, fairly or not, will eagerly point out to the jury that the defendant was happy to answer questions up until they realized that their story was falling apart.
Another example is that LE has clever tricks up their sleeve to keep you talking even after requesting a lawyer. They’ll say stuff like “only guilty people need a lawyer” and people will feel an overwhelming urge to “explain themselves”. Don’t fall for it. The more you talk, the more LE will exploit that urge to talk and bait you into endlessly “explaining yourself”. Then the prosecutor can and will use every trick up their sleeve to make the words you uttered paint you in a negative light to the jury.
So when LE tells you “anything you say can and will be used against you”, they mean that literally. And in order to invoke your right to a lawyer, you must “say it”. So HOW you say it and the CONTEXT in which you say it will be fair game in court.
Saying “I’d like to have an attorney present if I’m being questioned” [and then shutting your mouth and not saying another word] will be A LOT better for you than answering a bunch of questions up until the “bad cop” starts berating you and then saying “I ain’t saying’ *--t. I think I need a lawyer!!”
LE: “you’re dang right you need a lawyer! You know you’re guilty!” and this will usually keep them talking if they aren’t aware that it’s just a trick to keep them talking.
And I’ve even seen cases where people say “I think I need a lawyer” and LE just completely ignores it and keeps the interrogation going and they keep answering questions. When the lawyers argued that everything was inadmissible after that statement because the interview should’ve ended right there, the judge ruled that it was all allowed because “I think I need a lawyer” was not actually a request for a lawyer. Taken literally, that phrase is so vague that it can be interpreted as “knowledge of guilt”.
TL;DR: be aware of HOW you invoke your constitutional rights.

The type of medication she tried to overdose on makes you forget things. I personally took them and would forget nearly everything I did after I took my medication. It scared me so much, to wake up not even knowing what I cooked and ate for dinner. Eventually some things came back to me, but most were a blank. I refused to take it after that. I believe she may have woke up and forgot at first. However, this seems planned with the jewelry and video etc. So she has to remember some things. This is so tragic! How do you kill your children instead of sharing them with their father. Petty and selfish! 💔

I currently take benzodiazepines and have for years. Clonazepam happens to be what I’m currently on. It sounds like your dose was too high because blackouts shouldn’t be a regular thing on these drugs. I’ve definitely experienced them myself and you go into a kind of autopilot while in that blackout phase. She could have very well did everything she did while blacked out and then went to sleep and woke up not remembering a single thing.

I used to take Clonazepam and I had multiple blackouts while taking it exactly as prescribed. My brother said I used to do really weird things while blacked out, like smother my face in excessive amounts of makeup and get dressed up in formal wear just to sit on the couch.
More concerning, I started a fire on our stovetop because I put on a pot of beans and they burned up in the pot, catching fire. I was lucky my brother was there to put out the fire.
      Anyway, Clonazepam is AWFUL.

@@supposedhumanmars it’s crazy but I have a similar story about almost starting my apartment on fire while on autopilot during a blackout. I was apparently attempting to make something on the stove and instead of adding butter to a, I put the whole tub right on the burner. Luckily I had a roommate at the time and they smelt the plastic burning. The next thing I remember is coming out of the blackout due to my roommate shaking me and looking around and seeing what was going on. That scared the shit out of me.
I want to add that taking it exactly as prescribed DOES NOT mean you aren’t overprescribed. I was finally put on a dose that was right for me and haven’t had any blackout experiences since.

Yet we keep being made to give her back to her mother 3 and a half days a week....despite her 2 older kids not even living with her...only part time. Father has contact with the oldest at all times, with use of a cell...but our baby is not old enough to protect herself, to tell us what goes on, to call for help, to even understand...and she gets left there alone with her, without her siblings at time....I hate it! Watching her repeatedly pretend to not believe that her children are dead is infuriating.
I am not saying anything about her husband, I have seen nothing with him in it. It sounds like a match made in hell.
But this woman lies and lies and lies, very elaborate lies. She is very, very manipulative, and you can see it in her recorded interactions with her children. You can see her daughter desperately trying to work out what will be an acceptable answer to her mother’s badgering. She reminds me a lot of the guy who threw his five year old off a bridge.

The father is a classic narcissistic personality.
He had demonstrably abused the mother and children.
The fact that in such a case anyone would even think about giving the father custody is unbelievable.
I can't imagine that the mother and children came out of this relationship without being traumatized.
The mother is right that a man who hits his pregnant wife in the stomach cannot love his child.
I don't think he wanted custody because he loved his children but so he could continue to control and torment the mother.
Anyone who has been in a relationship with a narcissist knows what that means.
Yes, the mother killed the children and she would have killed herself too if things hadn't gone wrong.
How easy it is for outsiders to say that she is a monster.
The real monster gets away with it.
He drove her to extended suicide.
She should have been allowed to move near her family after her first hospital stay at the latest. There she would have received the support and help she needed.
I believe that she saw this situation as the only way out for the children and herself.
Yes, the father did anti-aggression training and suddenly changed his behavior. But such training does not change your personality.
Narcissists can adapt their behavior if it helps them achieve their goal. I think she knew that too.
Assuming the father had had the children and the children had then been abused or even died, there would now be a huge outcry as to why this could happen.
Her real punishment is that her beloved children are dead and she must live on.
In my opinion, someone who repeatedly abuses their children or their partner has forfeited all rights, including visitation rights.

agreeed. i believe since her s***** failed and her children died she finally felt a sort of freedom that her children wont ever have to deal with her ex husband again, she definitely had some sort of superhero delusion, i would imagine after her s***** failed, she would try again but she didn’t. she will happily accept the punishment for *freeing* her children..
