It's a combination of both ZOMBIES and PARASITES! The modpack, The Last Days of Humanity was made by bystylia14, who also made a video of I survived 100 Days of HARDCORE Minecraft in the Last Days of Humanity, here’s what happened. Anyways, it was a very scary, but fun journey!

A lot of the really big parasites have a mechanic where they adapt to damage they receive, the only exception being fire and lava. So I imagine the reason you're having such trouble with killing them using the guns is because they're adapting to their damage.

with the town hall, you need to use an item frame on the outside, and it's for individual buildings, you're basically building a city to fend off. I would suggest making a wall of robot engies and some other robots as moving sentries like demomen or heavies, some medics, and when the villagers have 50 intelligence you can give them merc jobs for even better protection
also with the new update of villages it's now 200 days+

it'd be funny to have a custom zombie replacing the normal one that had a 1/1000 chance (or something similar) of dropping a random piece of netherite tools/armor

I have played tf2 when I was younger. That was like 7 years ago 😂 I used to play it on the Xbox with the orange box bundle
I've been playing the mod pack for about a month, and this was really painful and hilarious to watch. Like having an overfill-inventory, getting stuck on a tower, wasting ammo but you also figured out things much faster than me, like headshots... It took me 10 attempts to realize head shots do extra damage.
It's also nice to see how you started to learn the modpack and how to adapt, I've learned some tips from this, thank you for making it!

I believe there is a weak spot on all primitive/adapted parasites that causes them to take more damage and lose all adaptations but makes them "enraged" and causes them to hit harder/made makes them faster so thats a little tip
Yea, so I'm currently prepping my world for 200 days, and I've been playing through the day 100 raid over and over again, but I cannot kill the ancient dreadnaught parasites with my guns at all even in creative mode.
@@TasteTheSno yeah ima assume you're using every damage source you have available so unless you can find different weapons then your screwed
@@TasteTheSno but i think if you set a parasites on fire then it cant adapt so set them on fire first then use your other weapons
@@TasteTheSno the dreadnaught is basicly a boss where ya have to cut off its tenticles one by one aka its weak spot, then kill it. So yes good luck. Also fire helps however it does have resistance to fire (takes less damage and not as long as normal) but it still prevents them to adapting to the damage you use and prevents em from healing insane helth and lets ya get some breathing room. Also fire weponry, use em in general. A flame bow or flametrower, the tf2 huelong heater(a minigun that has a ring of fire around you) or whatnot, yust prioritise those. And after ya kill it ya can go fight the assimilated ender dragon if the dradnaught was two easy (a lil hint for le dragon boi, it can give a status effect that lowers your max hp, sooo good luuck)

Here is a tip Parasites can evolve to take less or even no damage to certain damage like when you shot an entire mag at a parasite it evolved to take little or no damage you have to switch damage type the only reliable way to constantly deal damage to them without them evolving to your damage is with fire or lava.Another Tip make a wall around where you enter your base and a cut off to enter and exit and close off the roof of the tower you only need the main base where your loot and bed is with the Needs and make rooms that expand out from the tower but don't bring in any vanilla mobs or make mob grinders if the parasite evolution reaches a certain phase all passive and non passive mobs will have a 100% spawn chance as a parasite and Rupterss can climb, jump and go through 1 by 1 block gaps so use fences as windows to shoot out of in case you don't want a Rupter to crawl in and infect your Merxs and Phenoix.

Thank you so much for the tip. The fact that they can evolve to take less damage is really interesting. I didn’t know much about the parasite mod, but this’ll definitely help when I play more of the parasite mod in the future
@@TasteTheSno Personally, I think it's absolutely broken they can evolve to take less or no damage that quickly. The mod developers should probably tone it down a little bit or give the player ways to negate it, be it permanently through a weapon or temporarily through potions or similar. The mod is neat, but I don't expect many people to make it far without additional mods added as there is no way people can make it past a certain point with vanilla equipment alone.
Don't get me wrong, the mod is really neat in concept and hella terrifying, but it has a ways to go.

I think they evolve so quickly due to the player needing to make the cure/antidote to cleanse the parasites; In order to keep that mechanic they should totally up the time it takes them to evolve to give players time to figure out the mod before the pits of hell open lmao
@@meat3958 Yeah. People say they're vulnerable to fire, but considering some of the higher level Parasites seem immune from what I could see from previous updates, that's not a viable option late game where it might matter even more than the stages before. They need a little more balance.

Thank you! Yea it’s impossible to build a structure. I’ve found that when you’re at a certain height, zombies don’t detect you which is why I built the base in the Eiffel Tower.

This video was a work of art I appreciate it good thing man you didn't meet the worst of all time (asimallaited enderman) the worst mob between all the parasites he literally 1 shots the player and it gets you to nightmares because when ever I hear enderman teleporting sound I freak out since I have been dealing with the infected one man I hate the parasites mod it's so hard

On day 44 that is called a skeleton trap. It is in vanilla Minecraft there are supposed to be skeletons but because skeletons don’t spawn they are invisible.

First 50 days be like... Zombies, just a walk in the park, sometimes you slip on a banana and almost die but those are accidents you could avoid...
Next 50 Days be like... "One" "Two"... You ain't safe no more, no matter how much you think you are... even if you make no mistakes, you're still not safe lmao
Thing is, the time when Parasites first spawned on the tower, everyone had become SUS, when you died, they likely all turned when taking enough damage.
Granted, last day is insane cause that Parasite is a boss that Regens and calls upon a bombardment so... 3 of them lmao
I have not seen anyone beat the final day 100 raid yet. That was crazy I was not doing any damage to the ancient dreadnought. I only made it to the end of the raid because I was barricaded in my base lol but they eventually broke through anyways. Would really like to see someone make it through the raid
@@TasteTheSno Yeah after all the 100days parasite modpacks i have not encountered one who managed to survive till after Day 100, many died at like 80 or so because they were one hit and didnt count it as death

1: Im wish there was a Mann Co Store on this world, The Mann co Store Let you become the team BLU or Red And Buy some Weapons but required Australium Bar and Ingot to buy TF2 Weapons And You can also Upgrade your Weapons By Using the Cashs to become More powerful and more Metal from The PDA!
2: You Have a Medic or Build A Robot medic Because They Are Impotant From Healing your Soldier's and you Also medic can makes your Invincible If you are Low Health or By call it "Activate Charge" If its not a Kritzkrieg Medics! About the Kritzkrieg The Uber of Kritzkrieg makes you 3x Powerful With your Weapon Which is cool!
3: Find Strangifier of any Structure that is match the vanilla good Structure chests!
Finding Strangifier Is useful For making your weapon Strangified! If you Kills a Lot Enemies You gonna get Some Australium Ingots Each Multipler Kills you get like
10 Kills You get 1 Autralium Nugget
25 Kills you get 2 or 3 Australium nugget
And Also You get Cash aswell And Able to Extended The Upgrade Weapons
4: Put The Robot Builder Together to the Robot Builder Like a Chest And Then you will able To Build a Giant Robot!
5: If you Hire The Mercenary's You can put a Armor On them And get a Random Loot (idk Im haven't test after hire a Mercenary and put them a armor)

omg thank you so much! I did find some Mann Co keys, but I didn't know what they were used for. There has to be some sort of way to access the Mann Co store in the modpack and I probably didn't find it while playing, BUT the coolest thing is building a GIANT ROBOT?!?! I didn't know you could put the robot builders together to build a giant robot! I always do some research on modpacks before playing, but sometimes, there's just too much! and I'll miss a lot of details.

One parasite hate fire second parasite like zombies so you have to light up all the area with torches and last you have to craft a special type of weapon to defeat the mutant parasite also parasite can't break block so good luck😉😉

Unfortunately, the modpack has xp turned off, which is why I don't have any experience or get any experience killing mobs. BUT for 200 days, i think i might look into how to enable experience

I wish the guy adapted himself and stopped using bloody cobblestone blocks. Those are literally useless at stopping enemy.
And rushing through nights via sleeping instead of farming metals to build more constructs..well it just gives more freesom for parasites
Lol my bad, it was cuz at night the spawn rate was like 5x so it lagged my game a lot if I traveled at night. And it was also impossible to mine because of the physics mod making strip mines uselesss because the blocks would keep falling + the poisonous gas underground

how did you enable shaders?
so you have to download optifine first. Once you have optifine, you make a shaders folder and drop your shaders into the folder. Then in game, you go into video setting and there should be a shaders tab for you to enable it
