Love the beautiful stitching and your plans for 2025! You are a blessed child of God, and love your focus on growth and direction. Sending love to you!💗
Never apologize for an interruption, your granddaughter is a joy to see. I bought This Is The Day when it was released at market couple years ago and haven’t started it, but I’m thinking this is the year! Thank you for all your inspiration and sharing your talents. God bless you and Anna. ❤❤
You are a wonderful person and never apologize for enjoying time with your family and friends. I hope your cold gets better very soon. Beautiful floss tube as always!
Please don’t apologize for ANYTHING! Life happens & you don’t need to be perfect. You are amazing and very talented. Please try to accept yourself for all the good you are and you do. You are such an inspiration to many. Thanks for sharing. Be well, Karen ❤️
I enjoyed seeing all of your finishes. You are so creative which result in beautiful finishes. Thank you for your inspirational message at the end. This world is a mess and we all need to look beyond the bad to find the good. And yes, we all need to be kinder because as you said, we have no idea what other people are going through. Thank you for your prayers for those affected by the fires in SoCal. I Iive in SoCal and it’s so hard to see what everyone is going through. I hope you feel better and can get lots of stitching in.
Happy to see you again! I too went through the exact same thing with my older dog this past year. The very 1st episode (as I call it) was VERY scary! I thought she was having until they identified it as Vestibular disease. The vomiting, peeing, pooping & stiffness was so alarming but thankfully they knew exactly what was going on. We’ve had 3 episodes last year but not close together. My sweet girl will be 16 on the Jan. 26th. Loved seeing all your beautiful finishes. Great that you were able to visit with your other granddaughter too❤
Great finishes and yes, you inspired me to..... finish my sheep virtues on Sundays and to do Christmas stitching on the 24th and 25th of each month so I can get a few ornaments finished early. I read the Bible every year in a different version. Last year I followed Tara Leigh Cobble and her daily Scripture recap and read "The Message". This year I am reading the NT in the NIV version and the Amplified version. Staying in the Word is how I keep going! You go Girl!
I’m new to your flosstube channel recommended by the ladies at Primrose Cottage. What a pleasure it was to watch. I’m subscribed now and will be watching when you go live. I started The Bible Recap with Tara Leigh Cobble on Jan 1st for my new year faith journey. I definitely would like to begin stitching This is the day by Plum Street Sampler. I’m working currently on several Primrose Cottage patterns. Thank you again for an enjoyable and inspirational flosstube. 😊
You’re always an inspiration. I really have to be in a finishing mood to do the work. Everything is in the basement and it tends to get cold and my old achy bones hurt - LOL!! Beautiful work as usual.
Being consistently in the Bible keeps my focus on what's important. I love hearing other Christians realize that and determine to do so too! I enjoy listening to your videos so much and especially keeping Christ at the center of your world. Plus, you amaze me how much stitching and finishing you get done!!!
I love the pink in your winter stitching it is really pretty. 😊 And I always love to watch your Flosstube because you are so positive. I like that you encourage others to be kind and follow Christ. My hubby and I have been going back to church and studying the bible for the past year and it has had such a positive effect on our lives.
That verse was the very first verse I ever learned after I heard the gospel of my salvation! Also Galatians 2: 19-21!! Love your flosstube Christy and how you are growing in the grace and the knowledge of Jesus Christ!! This video blessed my soul, I am awaiting test results to find out if I have ovarian cancer. Your stitching and color changes are always inspiring too. I love how you think outside the box!! 💕We are all sinners but when God sees us now because of our belief in Jesus shed blood for all our sins He sees us as righteous, not because of anything we do, but because of what His precious Son did for us, Amen and God bless!! 🙌
Thanks for the lovely flosstube. It helped to watch and not feel so alone as I face some hard times. I am stitching Bountiful by FatQuarterShop as a memorial piece for someone I just lost and it was inspiring to see how you change some of your patterns to make them more to your liking. I will be adding to the pattern mostly, and hoping it comes out as lovely as your work does.
You are AMAZING... and uplifting. Your finishes are inspirational. This year i adopted the Let Them phrase. Several friends have decided politics over friendship. It has hurt. And i have prayed so much about it. This can change me as a person... as a christian... or i can LET THEM. Then i remain me and focus on MY WALK not the extra. I pray for both if you ladies... and hope your lives are blessed in so many re assuring ways. Thank you for your videos. Your grand daughter is ADORABE!!!!!!
Loved the clear floss bobbins. I would love to convert my bobbins boxes. Yes I said bobbins boxes. I almost have the entire DMC line. It has taken 8 1/2 bobbin boxes.
Hugs -just moved to a new community at 77 so "new" is all around me, new house, new church, new adventures and new things to put Jesus at the wheel about. Love it all - the pink, yes please. Get well and enjoy.
Love all of your Primrose patterns changed to pink. I love your finishes too! Hope you feel better soon. Your video was fine - do not apologize. Love your words for the year and Anna's sentence for the year.
Yes I just love Primrose! I was actually looking through their newsletter when your video came on. You are awesome lady! Stitching maniac! Lots of love. ❤
It's always a joy to see one of your flosstubes pop up! I love seeing your stitching and finishes...they are such happy little pieces 😊. I'm sure you will find a way to work some pink into Fourth of July stitching as well 😂. Your granddaughter is such a cutie!!! Be well and happy stitching!
TRUTH! I have always wondered why women tear each other down instead of building each other up. I have learned many lessons along the way but seem to always come across some who still don't get it. That maybe my assignment, to build up the ones who don't get it🥰
Loved seeing your beautiful finishes, your pink winter makes me want to re-do all of my winter pieces!! Love it! Loved the little cameo by Ana and your granddaughter too, what a sweetie! Thank you for the beautiful scripture you shared too!
Christi, its always a great time when I get to sit, stitch, and see what you have to share. I have to know, did you find the scorpion? I could not sleep ever again until it was found! My word this year is Nurture. I am very giving and nurturing to others but I always forget to nurture myself. So this year I am going to do just that. Hopefully I will stick to it! I hope that you have a great few weeks! Happy Stitching
Love your floss tube today. Was very inspirational and uplifting. Love seeing all your fun finishes for winter with the pink. Gave me all kinds of fun ideas. When you were talking about your word for the year, my word is GROW so that’s kind of cool. I picked that word because I wanted to work on doing some fun, new things and learning new skills. Happy new year to you and your family and happy stitching!
Thanks for your inspiration! I love your stitching and the color changes that you have made. I had to become a Patreon member again once I saw the Annie with an E chart. I love everything that Teresa Kogut creates.
You made my day, Christi, loved everything! You are so inspiring! My focus for the year is stitching Primrose Cottage too! I have lots of their patterns. I’m working on the new Valentine home sweet home now. Loved their winter patterns in pink- beautiful! Happy Stitching 🩷💕
Christi - I want to start out by saying that I have so enjoyed watching your videos. I have been struggling to figure out what to focus on as there are so many projects that I want to stitch. However, watching this video has inspired me to also pick 2 designers to focus on this year and instantly I knew who they would be and the clarification came so easy. For me, it will also be Primrose cottage. I can’t seem to get enough of them. Everything they do is amazing. Lyndsey is an incredible designer. My 2nd is a new designer at least to me that I have discovered and become very enamored with and find that I love everything they do as well. Crocette a gogo. QUESTION: I have only recently gotten back into Crosstitch after stepping away from it for a number of years. Could you please share how you get your cross stitch fabric so smooth from ironing . I am struggling with this and could really use some help or tips on a proper way to go about this. Thank you so much for your time, your videos, and all that you do to inspire us all
Thank you so much❤ I love both designers you chose, both have amazing patterns. To get the wrinkles out when I iron, I do use steam even on fancy floss and have had no problem. Linen is way harder to get wrinkles out but Lugana and Aida just use steam and if your using dmc you can spray some water and iron it, that helps too
So many great projects. I was stitching on the Primrose Winter Sampler in the called for colors as i watched you and when I saw those pink and greens I had wished I had used that color scheme for my Primrose winter stitches. So very pretty.
Such a joy to watch your video, as always Christy. I love your pink winter stitches and I’m not a pink person. But I thought that was such a great idea. We live in Nebraska and it would be nice for January stitches to carry through to February. That crud you’ve caught is awful, we had it in November and then for Christmas got more crud. Hugs to you for a happy year.
Happy new year! Hope you are feeling better soon! Love the pink winter stitches. I’m addicted to making the stitchy cases, can’t wait for the tutorial. They are so fun to make.
Christi ! You a such a sweet soul . Your inspiration in this community is so inspiring. My word of the year is ABIDE. I lead a Bible study this last Fall that was called abide and it just has stuck in my soul to abide with Christ through his word , prayer and my church community. Thank you for being one of my flosstube stitchy friends. Bless you and may God continue to bless the work of your hands. 💜💜💜
I also forgot, my sister is stitching the big Halloween Teresa Kogut sampler. It's so beautiful! There are so many parts that would make fantastic smalls!
Thanks for another wonderful video full of inspiration and stitchy goodness! Your granddaughter is so cute, and it's was also great to see Ana pop in. I'm happy to hear that you were able to spend a little time with your other granddaughter. Love your pink and light green color changes for the Primrose winter patterns!
Another great flosstube! Loved the color changes on the winter patterns from Primrose. I watched on my TV last night and came to my computer to find your color changes! Thank you for listing them for us :) I had run off the chart but wasn't excited about doing it until I saw your colors!
After a family tragedy last month I have made my word for the year - kindness. I am striving to be a better person every day. Loved all the stitching today.
Thank you for a wonderful video. Your stitching and finishes are so inspirational. Also, love your message and agree with you. As women, we need to build each other up not tear down. Keep sharing the message of Jesus! Hugs.
Always love catching up with you & seeing what you are working on. Love the Primrose Cottage color change stitches - truly inspiring. Another great message.
Hi Christy. It was nice to see you and everything you’ve FFO’d. Your stitching is just impeccable. It was also nice to see your granddaughter. She is a cutie pie. Enjoy her.
Thanks for the inspirational video. Love watching you. I’m also stitching “This is the Day”. Not happy with my fabric choice so it’s a restart. I have not stitched very much on the project so it’s a good time to chance fabric. lol
So many pretty finishes! I’m not a Valentine’s stitcher, but I love the idea of pink Winter stitching that can be mixed with Valentine stitches. Hope you can shake the cough soon. Lingering coughs are miserable. Thanks for powering through to make this most welcome Floss Tube ☺️. @carolinacajuncreates
Thank you so much. I have enjoyed hearing you on my first time visiting. One thing I did this past year for the first time was prepare casseroles for our Feed Springfield initiative at my church. I hope your cold goes away soon.
You have given me such support with your words…thank you.I love to see those who so many watch have such a heart for God. Love your ideas about a Sabbath stitch. I totally love you putting the winter primrose cottage projects in the pinks and green. Now I want to do that with mine too. God bless you daily, you have such a sweet spirit.. Debbie
Hi Christi Love your Finishes and your WIPS - Very Pretty. I am glad that you got to spend some time with your grandkids. Good for you. I hope that you start to feel better soon. Take Care & Happy Stitching ❤️🤗🙏🧵🪡🧵❤️
You are always a bright spot in my day when I watch your videos and see all your beautiful stitching and finishing. Your sense of color is just spot on! I just wish I had your flair for choosing materials for finishing and coordinating such beautiful vignettes. So glad that you got to see your other granddaughter. What a blessing! Hope you shake that cold very soon. Anna’s granddaughter is a cutie.
I'm so glad you were able to see your granddaughter!! ❤ Thank you for all the inspiration you and Ana bring to flosstube and the stitching community! I love the green you used with all your pink winter. I've decided my word of the year is Intentional. There are so many aspects of my life I want to be more intentional in. It's the first time I've done a word of the year and I'm excited!
I love all the color changes you made on the Primrose patterns. I would like to stitch more of the sheep virtues. I hope you and your family feel better soon.
Christi, I love your pink version of winter Primrose stitches. My favorite color! I am dying to know something. Did you find the scorpion? I can't imagine sleeping in your bed if there is a scorpion on the loose. Yikes! I was also wondering if you would be willing to share the name of the Bible study program you are working on. That is my goal for his year. Thank you for another great video. You are such an inspiration, a delight to watch, and your heart shines through during your videos. You are a beautiful person inside and out. Get healthy again.
Christ, thank you for all your inspirational uplifting positive words. I just love seeing all your beautiful stitcheries and your finishes are fabulous. Keep getting better and another big thank you for another great video. Hello to your dear friend Anna.
I always love your videos. Your work is beautiful and I especially love your heart. Thank you for your sharing about your Bible study and for the verse. Such an inspiration.
Oh Christi what a wonderful video. I loved your devotional at the end. Glad you do these. The words you spoke arevthings we all need to work on in our lives, me included, always room to be better . My word of the year is Hope. I hope for a kinder world, i hope for the sick to heal, i hope for the homeless to have shelter. So many hopes. Loved seeing Ana and yoir precious granddaughter drop in and say hi. Never apologize for family dropping in, i think all the stitchy world has such love for our families and we enjoy seeing the happiness in others lives. Now to your stitching. You have got to be the biggedt enabler of all time for me. 😅. Girl i love everything you do ! I want all the patterns you have finished, are working on now and plan to start ! All of them 😊. You have lots done on the things you are working on, i see lots of finishes coming this year. So now im off to go thru my stash of patterns and possibly a bit ofbpattern shopping . Prayers you and your family all feel better soon. I live in Tennessee and all the messes are going round here too, strep throat has been awful in my family. Till next time, happy stitching !! Please tell Ana it was good to see her too !
So happy to see you! I didn’t get around to sending out Christmas cards but I did think of my stitchy friends and prayed for you🙏🏼💙 Happy 2025 to you all,
I'll always stick with you 'til the end, Christi! Thank you so much for sharing and coming on even though you are still a little under the weather. You always make me happy, and are a light in my life even though it's only flosstube. But you can definitely spread the word of God even on flosstube. Take care. Love you girl. Diane
You are always a joy to watch Christy! I hope you feel better soon, I have heard the cough hangs around for awhile. Your granddaughter is adorable, so is Ana! I'm looking forward to her tutorial. As always your finished pieces are beautiful. This is the Day has been kitted up since it came out, I need to start it. And how fun to finally meet Alissa in person! God's blessings to you and your family!

Last year my word was Faith, this year is Hope. 🙏
Does it get any better!!!! A best friend, a grandbaby and puppies...So much love and happiness. The best podcast ever ❤
I love all the color changes you made on the Primrose patterns. I would like to stitch more of the sheep virtues. I hope you and your family feel better soon.
I really appreciate your positivity. Keep spreading kindness!
Thank you so much ❤ no we never found him😬 of course , just email me and I will give you all the information about the Bible study❤

I'll always stick with you 'til the end, Christi! Thank you so much for sharing and coming on even though you are still a little under the weather. You always make me happy, and are a light in my life even though it's only flosstube. But you can definitely spread the word of God even on flosstube. Take care. Love you girl. Diane
