I’d love to see a comparison between the mercurial and F50+ soleplates. The zoom unit in the previous mercurial changed the game for me so the F50+ seems like the only plausible option to move away from mercs…
Seems like the f50 is too flat. My son uses Speedportal+ & crazyfast+ and said the f50 felt flat as in not a really good feeling at the toe box also not very stiff of baseplate of the boot 😊
Hi Josh, love your review. Considering the Mercurial Pro model usually has a similar upper compared to the Elite, how much different do you think this generation Pro model will be conpared to the Elite? I imagine the Pro upper won’t have the Gripknit and Atomknit, but it will still have the Elite’s Flyknit material. Considering it’s a takedown version, this will be a very impressive feature, and could even a better choice for players who would not want too much grip on their Mercurials.
just a few questions for anyone who can answer, how come the first 2 vapor 16 boots that costed $275 are now gone? i can’t seem to find them anywhere. also, why are they more expensive? and lastly, are they gonna come back?
urgent help needed!! I love the Vapor 15, they fit me perfectly.. I just got the Vapor 16 and HATE it.. they have ruined the fit for me. I need to find a boot that fits as snug as a Vapor 15 with tight lockdown.. any recommendations? I just tried on some GX2 and they felt better that the Vapor 16
@@Soccerreviewsforyou that’s exactly what I just did.. I needed a AG pair and the AG sole plate cracks very quick but sod it.. I’ll just keep buying and returning them..
I understand the point of the mid cut option now, I always loved vapors but lately the turf always gets in my shoe and I can’t wait to get a pair of superflys now the turf will never get in
@cgg8997 100% money grab. Also they took out the carbon fiber plate. Feels like an academy level shoe at best. New Mercs should be good, great reviews, just waiting on an AG plate.
You do realize that you have to break a pair of football boots in, right? I mean, he literally showed evidence in the video that contradicts your statement. Also, you might have been looking at a low takedown model rather than the elites above
If your a rw it’s preferable for you to use the f50 and if your a lw it’s preferable for you to use mercurials, but as he said personal choice is key you can choose any but for me I’ll take the mercurials
Nice to know that the f50+ has a more responsive soleplate than the f50. A bit odd that the f50+ doesn't have a laced version though. I found the Nike superfly 9 air zoom layer kind of pointless, nothing more than marketing. I'd rather have carbon plating and add a thicker custom insole. Loved the superfly 4 carbon fiber soleplates more than anything. Most responsive soles by far, but they shattered/splintered easily. Flyknit was comfy as hell though.
Honestly the new f50s are just so conservative interms of being a speedboot. They're not the lighter than many older f50s, the upper in hand feels stiff, yest the break in alittle but by no means close to the softness of the merc. And the soleplate and studs are just so bland. While the mercs are really aggressive which is great. If the f50 was called the next gen x people would think it's a disappointment. But the f50 name carries. The mercs just seem like a modern day superfly 4 which is awesome
New mercs are just a narrow fitting gx phantom this is not a mercurial boot the grip is so bad when running with the ball we never had that they focused more on "comfort" and grip then the actual mercurial boot f50 wins it rn
Jesus Christ is coming soon and He loves you dearly, John 3:16 says “For God so loved the world that He gave his Only Begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life”. Come to Christ Jesus your God.
Bro the Merc vapor 16 beats the f50 without even comparing, listen to me the Nike vapor 16 has air zoom, SUPER aggressive soleplate which I love, and also have grip knit, Air zoom tech and atom knit which is the best Merc ever and f50 has aggressive soleplate and a cheap copy of air zoom (which is not comfy, AT ALL!!) 😂 and copied Nike with the gripknit that's crazy bro the f50 is basically a cheap copy of the Nike mercs
for me both are pretty good ( i never own a football boots )
Hybrid touch just feels so nice as far as synthetics go 🔥
I’d love to see a comparison between the mercurial and F50+ soleplates.

Make a video for best AG sole plates..when AG version of Merc come out
Still waiting for Adidas f50 league Messi edition review 😢

That boot is really good for the money. I went to a shop and tried of every take down model, and that one was the most comfortable.
i have that. it is really good compared to the normal f50 and the merc
Top in the price range 🎉 u should try them 🤌
@@hanta7488 Are they as tight fitting as Puma Ultras?
We’re back to 2014. Adidas with an amazing f50 and Nike with a great knitted sock like mercurial.

Curious about the same, please tag me if you get a response. My 16s are in the way lol but still, thanks you posted this in Noahs page too, huh 😉😎
With the new releases coming out , id love to see the updated version of the football boots tier list
How do you keep clean the white nike gripknit? It’s very hard to remove the dirt with a soft tooth brush and soap.

Those prices are downright silly.
cant wait for my 16's to come in

I prefer the F50, more natural feeling on the ball and the soleplate is more balanced which suits me better
How would you say these compare to the Mizuno Alpha IV
Will there be a Vapor 15 vs Vapor 16 video?
That will be happening, yes! Stay tuned 👍
Should I buy the Nike Tiempo Legend 10 Club, Nike Phantom GX 2 Club, or the Nike Mercurial Vapor 15 Club
My F50 pro have been amazing so far on AG. I did have to go half a size down from my usual 9 american.
Are they a good option for people who have medium wide feet?
Just bought the mercurial coming from puma and i tried the f50 i found the f50 more comfy but It not tight compared to to the mercurial
I have ordered some puma ultra ultimates. I just tried the mercurial 16 i dunno i am not a fan of the upper.
I understand the point of the mid cut option now, I always loved vapors but lately the turf always gets in my shoe and I can’t wait to get a pair of superflys now the turf will never get in
Which synthetic upper would you say is the most advanced in a technological stand point?
I’d argue the Mercs
@@Soccerreviewsforyou
Do you see other brands adopting similar knitted upper going forward?
Hey Jerevan please review that strange Predator elite indoor that's like 150 bucks but doesn't have hybrid touch and no rubber elements.
Do you think the F50s blue tongue is durable in the long run?
I don’t see why it wouldn’t be
Does anyone know where I can use the coupon codes he gives us?
What’s your opinion on the laceless version of the f50 elite ?
There a Lee full review videos up on the channel for both top-end laceless F50s 👍
Whats a cleat that i should buy that is cheap but reliable??
Tiempo or f50

Tried the f50s, the upper is so hard and stiff, almost plasticy.
I just tried them yesterday and agree 100% with you, theres almost no difference between the F50 and the crazyfast😢

Rank these boots in terms of power generation
