Doesn't stop it from being a good idea to raise minimum wage. All of us workers need to always keep the pressure on to increase/maintain our benefits, otherwise they'll get worse.
But ofc my points are based on the notion that companies/capitalists have a motive for profit and workers have a motive for well-being/good wages. Therefore they will always be in disagreement since they are heading for different goals.

I wonder if they know what actually happens when you raise the minimum wage? You pay more taxes, the cost of products goes up, the price of everything goes up & the extra money you make just goes to paying more for everything.

Your rent goes up, food and fuel costs go up, etc. As well as your argument saying that people refuse to work because they don't make enough money at a dead end job, says that they would either A. be a leech on the system, or B. have no way to pay bills and be homeless. So what good is your "evidence?"

I just worked my ass off and showed that I'm worth a decent wage, now I make well over minimum wage without a college education. Another reason your argument is invalid
