About Me:
My bio is pretty random: In short, I am a professional singer/songwriter from Toronto, Canada who moved to Manila, Philippines which sorta became my Hollywood because my first UA-cam channel MIKEYBUSTOSVIDEOS grew popular due to Filipino comedy videos. Meanwhile, I'm also a big biology geek who is obsessed with ants, so I built an internationally operating ant business supported by another popular channel called ANTSCANADA, and well basically, today I travel and tour around the world doing what I love so I wanted to start this vlogging channel, in hopes to encourage you guys to follow your dreams no matter how random, by showing you what happened when I followed mine! You just never know where life will take you when you listen to the yearnings of your heart!
RJ giggling his joy was the BEST! Your sense of wonderment for all the blessings bestowed on you is so wonderful to see. May I suggest, along with a meaningful tree topper, to add a tree skirt to the bottom of the tree to cover up the stand? Perhaps a velvet fur-lined tree skirt? Or a burlap-like cloth for texture against your smooth tile floors? I'm also a fellow Canadian... born and raised in Vancouver, BC. So grateful that my parents endeavored to educate my brother and I about our Filipino culture... even if we speak Tagalog with a "baluktot" tongue. My relatives in the Philippines get more nosebleeds from me trying to speak in Tagalog than me speaking to them in English. =P

WOW! It all makes me so happy! The Kitchen is truly the heart of the home, and this one is doing awesome! It's the very best to just sit and cook and taste (and sip wine).
I love that ya'll are enjoying the spices, I use these same ones, and they're so yummy!
We can truly say that 2022 is a year of Dreams Coming True! My heart is so full and happy for you both! This is a good "warm-up" for when the Canada Crew shows up (there is much anticipation for you to show your Mom and Dad this huge accomplishment).
I can tell that if RJ and I were to go shopping, we'd have to hire a huge truck to bring home the stuff, LMAO! Great job on the tree and all the decorations! Yes, the Christmas Tree should have a topper, but it should be something that speaks to you both (and the dogs and birds too). I would suggest that there is some type of "Mabuhay Star" tree topper, and it becomes something that becomes a legacy.
I would also look for a bunch of the number 10 on the tree... it's your 10th Anniversary this year... this is the "Tin" year (Tin has also been substituted for Diamonds, LOL).
I'm super excited for part two; I can't wait to see this huge feast come together!
It makes me happy that ya'll decided to do Christmas at home. It's perfect, and I'll bet there are cousins and friends around.

A tree definitely needs a star. Not everything is about trends RJ! Having a star should just make you feel happy, there should be sentiment about it... it looks cute, and you know theres stars up in the sky, its like a connection to the whole universe and everything! So why leave it out? Symbolism is special in life
Edit: you guys need to collect more unique sentimental ornaments over time for your tree :) that you can put up every year and collect more the more time goes on. I think thats awesome!

The house is beautiful! And I have to say… when all of your cousins and friends came over, and cooked, and drank, hung out, cooked again… slept over, woke up hung out cooked more…. There isn’t any better scenario! That’s my idea of a perfect weekend

How wonderful that you’re starting to finally use the house the way you wanted to. As for the Christmas tree, I agree there should be some kind of topper on it. It does not have to be a star or an angel, but something needs to be at the top to just finish off the look. My Christmas tree has a very beautiful ornate Santa for the topper. I have friends who have decorative a bow that they use for their topper and it makes the tree look like it was wrapped like a Christmas present and topped with a bow 😊

Yes when you put the windows in the house you have to put a lot of window sealer if you don't put a lot anywhere it's not the waterless skyscape you there
RJ I am 41 and had always had a Christmas tree with a star 🎄 🥰 We bought one in America with light, it is so nice 🤩 The tree looks very beautiful 😍 So nice to see the house full of guest 😘

I like your enthusiasm about everything you are having right now. You have these eyes like that of a child opening his gifts at Christmas. Watching here from Iloilo since your MIKEYBUSTOVIDEOS. You had an episode here in Iloilo where you tried our Mang Tatoy's Seafood. That last scene where you videod an army of ants carrying a fishbone in that restaurant was both funny and heartwarming.
Sometimes when you're talking to the camera and I happen to pause the video it feels like it's all a green screen and editing magic, because it all looks so good. I guess that even as a viewer, it feels like a dream.

I am from the states and the Christmas trees that I grew up with had an angel on top. My parents still put an angel on top of the tree. A Christmas tree should always have an angel or a star on top. Stars are normally gold and "gold is everything".
It's like only used to travel and do they eating blocks and so we want to see the blogs from the house now entertaining family

I definitely felt called out when you said stuff sbour "silent viewers" cus that is usally me. I have been watxhinf since around 2016 or 2017 ish. I was first introduced by your AntsCanada channel, the massive fire ant colony from so long ago, seems like ages now.
Anyways, irs funny you got in yohr home this year as this year has been one of great challenge foe me, as i battled colorectal cancer. I have been showinf no sign of disease now for several months but earlier this year, before April, i got evicted for having cancer and had to vacate by the end of March. WHILE going through treatment for my cancer, chemo. I almost became homeless, but thanks to friends, determination and and some 401k and inheritramce from my dad's death in 2020 I was able to buy a trailer. Some people don't see them as homes but this is the biggest space I have lived and the first place I have ever owned. So very proud of it all.
