how will you know if it is contingent liability or contingent asset in a problem?

I think po pag ikaw yung nag file ng suit just like yung sa given example (yung pinakahuling example). Since ikaw nag seek ng damages, makakareceive ka ng asset pero dahil probable lang siya, contingent asset siya. Contigent liability naman po if ikaw yung maglalabas ng pera (pero possible outflow of resources lang). Bale sa POV nung pepper, contigent asset siya while sa POV nung Rain provision siya since probable.

that is to get the amount directly, so you can add 100% and the risk adjustment rate of 7% and multiply it rather than adding the 7%. in other words for shortcut purposes po.
