I don't like the fact that you did not show the complete build.. Also there was no glue used with the nailing process... Outer rivits are not enough for a solid build... i like the extrusion that sandwiches the panels between two surfaces of aluminum. No glue but I think a stronger build...
what make is the angle grinder sander attachment please .it looks quite good quality and i was thinking i might be able to use it as a bench sander to make knuves on ? thanks

For my cases I use plywood with PVC cover from Penn Elcom company. I do not know if there are representatives in your country. Before I used chine pvc foil but it was very bad experience. Not Recommended! Regards!

You can use glue for cases if you want build case just for personal use. For Manufacturing we use nail and STRONG alu profiles
