As one of our pastor said: "A Christian life is not hard, it is IMPOSSIBLE." We need to DENY ourselves, die to our flesh, live a life of complete surrender to the Lordship of Christ, in order to be filled with the Holy Spirit... Without God's strength we can't keep up following His way- the narrow path. Our strength will never be enough, but Jesus already provided us the immeasurable, divine power to fulfill His calling and will for our lives through His Holy Spirit living in us. Hence, our responsibility is to keep humbling ourselves in prayer, live a life of daily repentance and daily surrender, and allowing God to transform us through feeding ourselves with His Word.
Exactly💯. Following Jesus is the best thing that has ever happened to me! My one friend, she goes to the same church as me but I don't think she is saved or she is but Christ isnt her top priority but she keeps saying how cadets (we both do it and one other of my friends who is saved) is the best thing that ever happened to her and then one day she asked me what the best thing that ever happened to me was and I said following Jesus. Pray for her please.

I’m currently reading Leviticus, which is difficult for me. However, I just started reading John. The New Testament is so much easier for me to follow. Why am I writing this? Because we need balance and discipline in our faith. Y’all, daily intake of scripture is so important. Keep praying 🫶🏼🙏🏼

It’s not a decision, Jesus saved you from death just like you were dead in your sin like Paul describes in Romans 9. He gave you grace that you didn’t deserve because he wanted you to be in heaven with him.
