Great video! Have viewed other videos on same subject, yours is a great no-nonsense on how-to. Learned the ol shake technique from my Dad when I was a kid, he'd do it with the 20lb tank prior to firing up the BBQ making sure not to run out mid-way. Appreciate you're mentioning safety tips. Complacency is the mother of all f___-__s! Hope that arm heals up good. Cheers!

You can get a full charge by burping the small bottles with a punch or drill bit for 4-5 seconds. do it with the bottle upright, depress the valve inside the threaded nipple, then fill again with the large tank. DO THIS OUTSIDE WITH NO IGNITION SOURCES NEARBY🔥, DO NOT MESS WITH THE VALVE ON THE BOTTLE ITSELF, it's a safety blow off valve that works opposite of the main valve. only do it 2 times, and weigh the bottle. it should be between 15-16 oz net, if its a little over, bleed it down with your punch.
I use these 1lb bottles with a big buddy propane furnace, and it's nice to get a full bottle run without having to get out of a nice warm sleeping bag :o)

You definitely should be able to. As long as you can get to the propane tank and it can be used unhooked from the main vehicle line. Send me a picture of your tank and I’ll let you know if it’s possible

Approximately, how long will a full one burn. I'm using them for a grill. So don't want to be thinking I'm grilling food and the tank has run out. That way I'll know after using one for X number of hours It's time to swap it out for a full one and refill it.

Hello thanks for watching. On average about 1.5 hours. This is pretty dependent on how the tank is used. If you are full out and your grill has more than one burner it will definitely change overall burn time. On a camp stove with a single burner going I average an hour plus. I rarely use a tank for more than 20 minutes at a time. On average I get 4 to 6 times before it’s time to swap it out. If you are using on a barbecue style grill it will probably be less burn time for sure. The amount of holes releasing fuel are more and larger so faster fuel consumption. Hope this helps in some way
