For sure Alfama is a community of winding streets and hills. Tram 28 is a lifesaver! We visited Lisbon last among the European capitals we visited over the years: WOW! Lisbon is amazing. Thank you for doing such a fine job of showing it to us again.

Lisbon is amazing! I always tell my friends/family back in America that Lisbon is basically if San Francisco stayed off the drugs. Such a beautiful city
@@francoisdaureville323 they’re definitely some similarities. Both have a large bridge, both have steep streets, both eat a lot of seafood, both are ocean cities on the western-most part of their continent, both have famous trams, etc.

Они специально не стали восстанавливать внутреннее убранство после пожара 1959 года и вот эти обгоревшие стены и колонны производят очень сильное впечатление. Но все равно отличное видео, автору респект.

J'aime l'Alentejo, le Nord avec Bragance jusqu'à Viana do Castello, Porto et la Vallée du Douro jusqu'à l'Espagne : très très beau ! Vraiment, ce fut à chaque fois, un émerveillement... Histoire riche et passionnante ; il n'y a que l'Algarve que je ne connais pas du tout..
Great video. I’ve seen others and read about how steep the hills are but you’ve captured it the best I’ve seen. Also heard Porto is very steep so maybe have to move Portugal up our travel list as not getting any younger! 😂

Excellent city tour. Which camera did you use since you draw the attention of many people? Since I'm an elderly person, I'm very hesitant to visit this extremely hilly city. In your video, I don't see too many elderly on the streets. How are they mobile with so many stairs and hilly streets ?.

I stayed 4 nights at the Hotel MeraPrime Gold Lisboa and a good experience there. It is in a great location. I can't speak to any other place though.
