This "Hendrix" Stratocaster has a solid alder body, contoured on the back and lower bass bout that has been professionally re-finished many years ago in Olympic White and weighs 7.40 lbs. One-piece 'birds-eye' maple neck with a nut width of 1 5/8 inches, a scale length of 25 1/2 inches and a very comfortable medium-to-fat neck profile. Veneer rosewood fretboard with 21 original frets and pearloid dot position markers. Large headstock with decal with Fender logo in black with gold trim. Three light gray bottom single-coil pickups with staggered polepieces and outputs of 5.48k, 5.40k, and 5.50k. There is some light finish checking and a few miniscule surface marks. The re-fin is of the highest professional standard and was most probably done in the eighties. The 'Birds-Eye' pattern on the face of the headstock and the back of the neck is quite beautiful and this 'Hendrix' Strat is an exceptional player in excellent plus (9.00) condition. Complete with the original tremolo arm. Housed in its original Fender black hardshell case with dark orange plush lining (9.00).

Phil X is such a great player! I love watching his fingers on the fretboard, even when he's shredding it looks like he gives every note it's due time. You're the man Phil!

Kim Mitchell came to my high school (Fort Erie Secondary) in the mid 70's with his band Max Webster and he kicked ass!! Too bad they dont get along any more i wish they put their differences aside and do a reunion for old times sake..

Yes he mentioned Indian, my nationality
(I know he meant first nation, but eh!)
you guys might not believe this but us Indians love your videos
especially Phil X, and despite me being Indian I live in Canada
which just makes him more special(hence he is Canadian too)
,and once again, India shows you love man
(ask Bryan Adams, he knows, I have seen him in concerts in India)

under the bridge by the chili peppers. hehe he listened to it before shooting one video and tried pretty well but wasn't original. but really he's a musician he could probably play any song if he would sit on it for a little while. just listening and playing what you listen right.

I believe rosewood is harder, and sounds warmer, where as Maple is a bit softer, and brighter. I prefer maple personally, but I play bass guitar, so I don't really know much about what would sound better on guitar.
