Will this get rid of my sleep problem? I wake up after 2-3 hours go back to sleep again but again wake after 2-3 hours this happens every night for months.
All I want is to sleep for 8 hours a night without waking up at all.
I do hypnosis therapy, which helps or asmr, but you have to find a person you like. Not everyone is good at it😂

Though
Had my 76th Birthday last Saturday and my leg continues to improve ! I am playing the same frequency daily sometimes this one sometimes others fom the same source just to have some variety in the music. The tightness in the muscles due to the damaged tendons is relaxing and I can do circle turns with my ankle pain free. I am so grateful. You might guess that at seventy six I might have other problems. This is true I have tinnitus. I am partialy deaf too, have had it since early childhood the deafness affects my balance, and I am Coeliac, quite badly affected and as a result of vitamin deficiency have lots of dental problems. I am hopeful that continuing to use the frequency from Meditational state will help me where it can.
I have now experienced tingling in several areas of my body particularly the damaged leg and hip joints but also recently my wrists and hands which have repetitive stress injury and some arthritis. If I could feel improvement in digestion that would be marvelous.
