Thanks - I took mine apart about a year ago without the benefit of a good video and did it just like you did, but I had to do a lot of exploring and discovery. I'm going to do it again this weekend, and it's comforting to see you take it all apart and know I'm not messing something up.

What is the chirping noise coming from the 2023 1000 Outlander clutch? This drove me to consider trading. seems to happen below 4000 rpm. Help, please. Great video.

One of my screws on the cover is just spinning and not coming out? What is the best way to fix that?

I can't answer that one, never happened to me before, probably just pull it out and put a larger wood screw in

Hey, i got a problem where one of the screws on the belt cover is stuck. What do you suggest i do?

stuck in what way? Won't turn or will not come out even though it is loose?

If you don't mind me asking what makes you change The belt. Mine is making a kicking noise I wonder if it is the bell.

Belts normally burn up before wearing out, not sure what a kicking sound is but any noise is not normally caused by the belt
