The Softest Chicken Breast Recipe: The Perfect Sous Vide Temperature for Chicken Breast!

  • Today, I made the softest chicken breast I've ever made, using this new sous vide temperature I found! It's at 62C, maintaining internal temperature of 62C for at least 20 minutes!
    The chicken breast was so soft, almost melty! Before I used 64C for chicken breast which also gave good results, but I can say I prefer 62C so much more. I hope you guys give it a go if you happen to have sous vide machine!
