Damon, Elena and Jeremy all should've been there with him when he died, considering these are his closest people. "I'm sick of Stelena, I am genuinely over it" oh boy, I've never related to anything more than that while binging the show. i never thought about it that way but now that you’re saying it i’m completely agree with you with the fact that the writing could’ve been better with elena being actually there and as you said we could’ve seen a tear from damon, it was a bit out of character ( even jeremy who is really attached to alaric )
