    U r having fun.
I like your "dent-puller" lots of control. You are so carefully, it will pay out in the end.
    Keep up The G(w)ood work.
And Don't forget to cut The Wire.

Newbie here. Not crazy about your welds - I know you're learning while doing it - but I like your choice of music !

Love your work. Real admiration for you sir. What kind of device are you using to rotate the bus? I need one of those

Did you put anti-corrosion coating on the inside of that dogleg after you seam welded it? If not, it will be a nice start for the rust to start all over again. Great work though!

Why not use the spot welder in areas where you can use it? I use the plug weld method because of necessity but if I had a spot welder and can get it to the spot to weld it I would do so. Not knocking you, I'm learning a lot, just questioning and giving my opinion. Fantastic work, I dove into a early Bay window project that was a quick "Get it on the road project" and now 4 years later I'm ready to revisit it and do it right. I have to get my '64 Bug out of the shop first. A project on it's own. Love the videos and your problem solving. It's motivation to get on the '64 get it done and onto the Bay Window.

I think spot welding sheet metal turns out this way regardless of experience. I watch Trev's Blog, Mustie1, and Fitzie's Fab, and they are all very similar. What glideking does is really prep everything really really well before his welds.

Rather than cutting the wire, could you not just have a bit of course sandpaper or a file that you scrape the end of the wire on between welds?
