But then again, she had the freedom to arrange her days and her shows as she wanted, so she wasn't bound by a rigid schedule set by others. I am sure some of her shows were filmed in the evening for the night owls. But yes, I whole-heartedly agree with her there...don't pass on your illness to others. Oprah's so thoughtful in that way...I can totally see her doing that.
The biggest aha for me was just now when I heard "when people show you who they are believe them", but to translate that into "people ALWAYS show you not who they are but what energy they are currently creating from" a its our responsibility (ability to respond) from our belief in the unconditional love that is ever present interconnected and universally the highest vibration and frequency that is all seeing all knowing and is seen and unseen, when feel disconnected we forget that presence, and take on a false identity that reflects the energetic transference.
