All the hard work will be worth it when you’re eventually sat in your new room spinning all your records! Good job mate… looks like it’s coming along well! See you in Pt 2!🤘🏻
Cheers Marc! Last weekend I moved all the records over here, quite a job, haha. You'll see the end result soon enough. It really is all worth it, blood sweat and tears!
Seeing the end result really gives a proud feeling. Especially since I've never really renovated anything ever before. Very good idea to start with A HOUSE, haha.
It's really fun to do it ourselves anyway, and really saves money. We're pretty proud of it since both of us don't really have a carpenter background of any kind.
Nice to see how everything developes. I´ve done that myself 17 yeard ago in my old flat. I guess when the room is ready and you start doing "normal" videos again I or we all will feel abit more at home at your place, hehe... Moving 700 records... phaaa!!! That´s for beginners, hahaha... Last time I moved I had around 5000 records. That was a real pain in the a**!
Oof, yeah, 5000 records would be hell to move! Glad you enjoy it man, it's mostly for people like you and the main viewers where I made this video for. Thought you would like to see something like this. Hopefully I can do some Jurgen mail again soon too, hahaha.
For a second there, I thought you had set up your new place exactly like your old place. It was surprising, but Scott the Woz did it, so I guess you could too!
Great job man. I feel your pain while doing it and the cost as I’ve renovated 2 houses in the past but when you see the final results it’s all worth the blood sweat and tears 🤘👍🏼
Blood, sweat and tears literally, hahaha. We're doing room by room, so we only have to focus on one room each. And every time a room comes together it feels amazing indeed. Hope you're doing Brendan 🤘
Nice DIY lesson Tom! It's great to know what you've been doing over the last few months (I'm guessing months). Looks like there's a lot to do, but fair play doing it all yourself, you look like you know what you're doing! It's all coming together really nicely! The asbestos probably won't be a problem now it's sealed up, but still is dangerous and I personally wouldn't risk it. But I can understand you wanted to keep costs at the minimum so that's fine. Look forward to part 2 😊🤘🏻🤘🏻
Cheers Josh! You know, before this I've never constructed anything ever. Asbestos is not bad, as long as you don't hammer that shit down. It's all in the inside anyway. Did you know that in the original Wizard of Oz movie, asbestos is used for the snow effect, crazy! Anyway, seems like you're doing well too this new year.
@mercyfulmetal7324 You're welcome mate! Ohh wow, that's mad! Well from what I saw you looked pretty natural at what you were doing! Maybe that's a hidden talent you didn't even know you had! Ahh ok, so just as long as it doesn't get disturbed it's alright. I just thought it was evil stuff. That's true, it's all hidden away now. Oh no I didn't know that, unbelievable to think back then they didn't know how dangerous it can be. Crazy indeed! Thanks man, yeah I'm doing alright thanks! Good to hear you are too, I should message you when you're less busy 😊🤘🏻🤘🏻
Exciting times Thomas …I thought it was bad moving records from one side of the room to the other lol but it’ll worth it Mate Thought Tim Allen from Home Improvements was gonna make an appearance haha Be interesting to see how it develops Good luck 🍀💪🏻
Nice job, I am easily frustrated by home improvement stuff. I wish schools here would stress the classes that teach these skills; instead I took advanced math classes which are useless to me now, haha. Excited to see the progress of your new room!
Yeah, we don't really have classes like wood working or anything over here really. Guess you had to have a handy dad or something, haha. We figured it out ourselves mostly, with a bit of trial and error.
We krijgen gelukkig binnenkort nieuwe.

Mr Handyman himself. Well done, always nice to build on your own. Looking forward to see the final product. Cheers. 🤘🏻🤘🏻

Good work getting stuck into it all. You'll have saved lots of money that way. Looking forward to seeing the next installment.

Pretty cool, I love working on the house. It is a great stress reliever especially if everything is coming together well. Great video.
The coming together makes it all worth it in the end! It's really fun work and we're still not tired of it. Nor each other, hahaha.
@@mercyfulmetal7324 haha! Awesome

Hi Thomas!! excellent work there, you're a very handyman.... and saying a lot of momey in the process. cheers and be well
Cheers Cristian! It's really fun to do it all by ourselves, and indeed saves a lot of money!

"MOVE THAT BUS", wait, wrong video. Cheers Marty! It's really fun to do and the end result is all worth it, you'll see!
Interesting to see how the room will look when it is ready.
