Thanks for the vid! Another effective option when transmission is weak is to increase the altitude of the drone.
If you don’t need a close shot, increasing the altitude is indeed important 👍
How do you like that shade cover you were using? Does it do a good job of leaving the sticks on the controller while it is packed in your bag or do you still unscrew your sticks off the controller?
Also, any recommendations for a hard travel case for the mini pro 3? Something that can fit the fly more kit and is t within the carryon size for the airlines.
This is all good information and fair comment, the Mini 3 Pro transmission is however complete shite compared to my old Mini 2 and current Air2S. Seems the signal has been regulated to death.
I fly in Australia so I'm not sure how it works in Europe, but I know with the mavics, you can set a waypoint mission and tell the drone to keep going when you lose signal. (Just be sure the waypoint mission doesn't send you into a mountain)
He is talking about mini 3 pro, for waypoint even the cheap Hubsan Zino have it and didn't have to worry about range, mini 3 pro didn't have the waypoints features

Loss or weak signal. Do you think Cell phone towers and radio towers interfere or how about just Wifi ? If you search wifi and see all the possible private wifi signals, does that also overwhelm the signal.

Wifi interferes for sure same with radio being broadcast.
Cell towers pings, so you might experience something now and then but as strong as urban wifi areas. Not sure how much the radio does, but it depends on the frequency you fly in.
Ive also noticed my electric car messing at times when i sit inside the car flying(with windows down, but radio on)
Keeping dual band works perfectly if you ask me.
Some might join in on this which has more experience with heavy wifi👍

Para quem tem possibilidade é ter um firmware vitalício completamente fora de atualizações.... Não tarda o drone só vai voar como eles querem e quando quiserem ... É isso, carros elétricos as Smart houses etc etc

Hello , Thanks to the info , But what do 2.4 Ghz or 5.8 ghz about the rage . Greatz from Holland . fransnuis
2.4 gives you a longer range than 5.8, but 5.8 gives you a stronger signal. But using dual band is the best since the drone and controller will automatically use the band with the strongest signal.
