I was brought up on onions being introduced to my diet. Great vegetable. If you can't stomach the normal green or white varieties. Try the purple ones in a fresh salad made of apples ( sweet), purple onions, grated carrot, fresh spinach, cherry tomatos, thinly sliced cucumber, purple grapes, a can of tuna in spring water. Dressing is Balsamic vinegar, lime juice, olive oil, and tangy apple juice.

Stop waiting refined sugars: No cookies, bread, cakes, tortillas, candy, sodas, sweet beverages. Sugar, if you have a sweet craving then eat fruit. Try this from one month and you will not only see your health improve but you are gonna lose weight like crazy

Oh almost forgot, everytime you cut an onion to cook with it, put the juice on your face. If it is too strong test it first on a side of your face or neck combined with a cream. I used it as a face mask regularly as well as cooked rice blended with its water. My niece that sees me only 3 / month notice improvement just by using it for 2 weeks almost every day

If I have a sore throat or cold coming on I cut up an onion, put in a dish on my bedside table and I am a lot better in the morning, it draws out the infection. If the onion goes dark and dry it is really working so start again with a new one. Better in a couple of days.

here's a recipe i use for my kids and myself against ear pain: take an onion, cut in half, warm it up in the pan, put a paper towel or cloth around it and bring it to your ear. The heat of an onion draws out liquid from your ear which causes you pain. Always works

Chopped up onion applied to a burn (use plastic wrap to hold it there for 6 to 12 hours) will pull the heat out very well and the burn heals up.

I sure will try it before bed for insomnia. While watching I cut small red onion, chopped it up and added honey. I managed to eat a half. It sure sets your head on fire.😊😁. I'll definitely be consuming it a lit more. Thank.

I remember reading an article from a British health study that said post surgical patients fed onions in any form had 85% fewer blood clots. I have eaten onions all my life and love them. I’m going to try the foot thing and see how that works

It is just wonderful,I didn't know so many onion lovers, I try to eat 1/2 cup of thinly sliced cooked or uncooked onions a day, as I heard that this proceedure prevents strokes.
