I absofruitly love your videos, you inspire me so much! 😄 I've been eating fully raw (After trying and failing multiple times over 4 years) for only 16 days, but I feel like I've found my groove with it this time. You and a couple of others on Facebook (Rebecca aka Texas Fruitarian; Ted Carr; Lissa; et al). have enabled me to do it this time, and for that I will be forever grateful. 😊💜✌🌌🌙
Hippie WrongStocking what an amazing comment! I'm so grateful to have helped you! That's so awesome you're finding your groove and starting to feel great on raw 😊😊 What was it that made it all click for you?
Just keeping it simple with fruits, and finding simple sweet salad dressings, and savoury meals for dinner, meals are never boring! Knowing i can nourish my new (3rd!) Baby eating this way, finding an affordable way to acheive a raw lifestyle, and realising that this is the best way for my body to heal. 😄 I think that's what clicked this time. ☺
Lovely video. Thank you for taking us along with you on your day in a life vlog ....I look forward to your videos...Do you have an ebook on recipes..lots of love to you and Mollyxx
Sues Shaw thank you so much :) I don't I'm afraid but the closest thing I have is my raw food course which goes through the fundamentals of going raw and includes loads of smoothie, dinner and pudding recipes. There's more info on the raw course here happyonfruit.co.uk/rawcourse xx
Serina Cali Demers 😂😂 I know it's about 3 years old now. It still works but is a bit rusted at the top. Maybe I can finds way yo scrub it up nicely before it needs a replace :)
Whitney you can use either hot or cold water. Which I use is dependant on how fast you need fresh water, as putting in boiling water the distilled water starts coming out almost instantly. If you use cold water the distilled must first heat the water to then start collecting the water vapour. I tend to put in cold when I stick the distilled on overnight but will use hot during the day xx
Super video. Lovely to see a child picking and eating fruit and veg.
I just moved to london and would love to know where that fruit shop is! i need these honey mangos mmm
