Lovely home :) Need plants in mine!!! Would be interested in how you tackle stains on your laundry. I use an eco egg & soap nuts which has made more of a better effort at getting stains out but still some are hard to get out and then ruin the clothes :( I've tried a few natural stain removers with differing results but never as good as Vanish which I begrudgingly had to buy not long ago for whites in particular! Also interested in taking more natural supplements without the toxic fillers, so would be interested to know where you get your supplements for you and your daughter from :) xoxo

When you home school in England does someone from the education department make regular check ups to see your child's progress ? I'm thinking of home schooling my daughter but they are strict here where I'm from. also do you have to follow a set curriculum from the education department ?

AussieAussieAussie RawRawRaw If your child has previously been in nursery or school then they'll be on a register meaning you'll be visited by the Education Authority to ensure you are providing a suitable education. You do not have to follow the curriculum. Most local counties' authorities are happy with an education philosophy and a general overview of the work your children are doing, that your child is going to groups/social activities etc.

You've filmed your daughter sleeping as well as showing her private bedroom. I would be furious if someone did that to me. You often talk about respecting your daughters opinions - did she give you consent to film her sleeping to put on the internet?
I'm not trying to be argumentative- just wondering how you approach this.
I have three boys and I don't put their pictures on the internet because I don't feel that's my decision to make on their behalf and I feel at 7 and under, they are too young to understand the enormity of the internet and all it entails.
That said - your positivity inspires me and I love how happy and proud you are of your family and home. You're clearly a great mum with a happy little girl.

      Bernice W what a stupid remark....I think you have a problem !

I'm genuinely curious as to how she approaches consent with her daughter and I have a problem?!
If you're going to put your whole life on the internet - expect people to question something they don't understand or necessarily agree with. It doesn't mean I have a problem, it means I have a different opinion to you.
My comment was largely positive towards a woman I find quite inspiring, yet you leave me a nasty comment for no other reason than you disagree with me (not even having the courtesy to explain why you're labelling me as 'having a problem')
Truly, if anyone has a problem in how they approach people - it's not me.
