Ho'okena Beach Park on the Big Island of Hawaii (Great Snorkeling)

www.jordanoutside.com/hookena... Ho'okena Beach Park is a beautiful beach with great snorkeling located on the west side of the Big Island of Hawaii. They have a free parking lot, but it fills up fast so get there early. This beach has public bathrooms and you can also camp there with a permit.

Really nice video for the beach and in the water! Nice camping beach. Two in our camping group got bit by something that left me with a dozen stinging & later itchy bites on neck, arms, stomach 😮. Other than that, would camp/hang out here again. The dark sand can get extremely hot in the summer.
