Bring lots of water! The Big Island gets hot!🤙🏻

This literally brought tears to my eyes. I am from Middle Caicos, and I can vividly remember as a child, my cousins and I would go up to Platico Point to fish and jump off the base of the crane that was there. As a 41 year old I bask in the memories as I watch your videos (I also saw the one of Norbellis Coves which was another hiking/fishing spot for us)

This was a fun place to swim. Such a pretty beach🏝️

I'm a bit reluctant to admit that we've chosen Norwegian Cruise Lines for my first Carribean experience, and one of the excursions I've signed up for is Shete Boku and Grote Knip - somehow all condensed into 2 1/2 hours. Your video is helpful. Thanks. We'll be there early February. My only other 'cruise' was the Alaskan ferry system all around Juneau, and it was wonderful because you could stay over at places, putting together your own itinerary. That was in 1998.

No need to hike if you don't get a parking pass. Just park valet at the resort for $40. If you eat, they will validate your parking and it will then cost $20.

Are there a lot of steps/platforms that you need to climb to get to each zip line once you ride the chairlift up?

I was here in December of 2024 and it was AMAZING. The scenery from all perspectives was so captivating. I would highly recommend spending the $40 to let the Indigenous people take you to the beach (we got to spend about an hour at the beach). If you are not in good shape I would not recommend as the ride to the beach is rough and the man-made trial down to the beach is a hard descend and climb back up. But given all of this if you are physically fit definitely put visiting this beach on your itinerary!!!

I can swim but find snorkeling in a life vest to be a little more appealing and relaxing. Do you wear a life vest in any of these locations? Do any have strong currents that pull you out from shore? I know that’s hard to say as any given day, conditions can change. Beautiful sea life in Curaçao. It’s next on the list! Love the video. I suggest visiting St Lucia if you haven’t yet!

Which area would you say is best to snorkel? We like to stay where it's shallow. Also, which of your 21 best beaches have the best variety of fish where you don't need to swim out far or go where the water is deep? Thanks so much for your beautiful videos. I watch them over and over❤

Turks and Caicos or Exumas? Snorkelling with young kids, but the only entertainment they we need is beach, wildlife etc. We plan on going for the month of July . Thanks

Wow just wow. I started to research our first trip to the Bahamas which turned into me researching Turks and Caicos. I read one website that said the only snorkelling was by boat. I was immediately turned off only because I want my 4 small kids to experience their first snorkelling. THEN I You Tubed Turks and Caicos snorkelling and your wonderful channel came up. I’m in shock at how wrong the first site I read was. T&C is exactly what I’m looking for. Thank you
