Ahhhh this is the same setlist or very close to the setlist for the UK tour October 2009 with August burns red & ADTR. Im so glad theres a good quality recording, my recordings were almost unlistenable from both 2009 & 2010 but i still have them ❤️ the best gig i ever went to (or at least as good as their 2024 tour) the emotion was unreal in his voice particularly suicide season

I'm so happy to be there right from the start. I'm so proud of this band and where they have come. They are my all time favourite band. People who have only become BMTH fans in the last few years would have never of thought this is where they came from. They have maintained their career and only gotten better and better and served a huge landmark in the music industry. I love this band so much.
They can say whatever they want about actual BMTH, but there's no doubt Oliver has improved A LOT as a singer... he might not be able to scream as in this era, but oh my god he can sing, and when he screams, he mostly does it properly knowing what he is and he is not capable of. Gotta respect him for that, specially this year.

I saw them one time when they played with Devildriver and Machine Head, they were definitely not in the right crowd, got a lot of shit from the crowd lol but they didn't care they just played, I was the only one of my friends who liked them back then

We had no idea how good we had it, until it was gone. The new stuff feels like betrayal. You can only feel that upset over something when it reflected so much of what you considered yourself though. Every album they released up to That’s The Spirit literally felt like something that spoke directly to me in a way nothing had before. Hell…Oliver was the reason I became a tattoo artist. I got the chance to meet them all on this tour, and they gave me the inspiration I needed to follow my dreams…I’ll never forget that. When Amo dropped, I thought it was a fluke. Something they had to get out their system. It and PH:SH at least had a few tracks I could jam to… NeXt Gen though? It’s like a sugar coated poison. It’s everything I hoped they would never become. Am I being over dramatic? Probably. I don’t WANT to hate the new stuff…I wish I could find SOMETHING about it that’s redeeming…but I can’t. I cannot wrap my head around how it’s receiving universal praise. How could this possibly be what “fans” have always wanted from them? Does no-one else find it cringy that the lads are pushing 40, and decided to make their target demographic TikTok teens?
It's natural for a band to change and it's natural to feel the way you do. Although I like their older music more, I don't find it cringe really, I'm not sure how old you are but I am in my early 30s and have a degree in music and sound and have seen enough that bands just change as people do. My approach to this is to enjoy the old music since you can still access it and enjoy whatever other music you like. If so much of your life is based on old BMTH then you are now a legacy and a mark of old BMTH. Who knows maybe they'll delve a little into their old style again some day which is something so many bands also do after a while but unless they are terrible people, I'd treasure them while we have them
