Normally, cocaine wouldn't make you spasm uncontrollably alone. Normally that is caused by the mixture of stimulants with muscle relaxants or benzodiazepines, other CNS depressants, like alcohol can cause the effect. But there are other neurological effects, like his staccato speech that indicate other neurological problems. This is really alarming. He needs to get into a rehab quickly.
He was obviously drinking a lot too. This is exactly what people look like when they're coming down from a few days of booze, marching powder and no sleep. The only way benzos would make you twitch like that is if you're physically addicted to them and go cold turkey without them.
I was on benzos regularly for months and never twitched like this even though I did unfortunately endure two seizures after going cold turkey which I didn’t have a problem with besides the fuckn seizures. Had been on them multiple times before and never involuntarily twitched like that. But tbf I’ve also never seen anyone twitch like that from long stints of staying up late getting fucked up for nights on end. To me I would assume he might be on a mixture of things, that Ariel interview was giving me weird vibes for some reason I couldn’t put my finger on it.

He must have been up for days snorting ungodly amounts. The comedown and paranoia that hit him during that interview made him a twitching wreck lol

I agree that this would not be caused by benzos alone, but more likely a lack of sleep, stimulants, and a cns depressant (such as benzos). I only watched clips from the Ariel interview, so I didn't catch much besides him appearing alert.
This (Conner MC Gregor) from my extensive experience as an athlete and previous user, is a combination of hard drugs, alcohol and no rest, he can and probably will bounce back from it, hopefully he does 👍

People are so fond of the Bonds, Sosa, McGwire era of baseball because of how fun and entertaining it was. Jordan will always be the GOAT of basketball, skill aside, because he took the NBA to the next level of entertainment. A great example in the NFL is Mahomes, a lot of people hate the Chiefs, but they love Mahomes because he's so fun to watch.
