A great description, only wish I watched this first, now I can’t wait for you to post how you have resolved the leaking windows! Any ideas when this will be aired? One tip! I used a compressor (2nd hand, cheap as chips) and a sealant gun attachment, makes life so much easier.
A battery powered gun is the answer to putting window bond in. Most converters figure that out after a set or 2 without😉. Personally I have used the dinitrol brand for many years. But in winter it's still worth warming it up.
Think I agree electric sealant gun is the way to go, especially on these large Windows. Just had a quick look. They are pretty expensive but there are cheaper ones for around £30 which might be all right for the diy person who just wants to fit a couple of Windows
This was what I was planning to do, but would you recommend white over black sealant? My van is a transporter in white. Learned good tips from your experience.
Very comprehensive explanation with good detail. Very useful for others planning to install their own windows.

Literally just finishing editing. It will be up hopefully in a couple of days
