Getting severe FONV vibes from this expansion. Savage Divide Rad storm, crossed with Sierra Madre fog with a little Old World Blues lobotomites mixed in... this is guaranteed to spark some nostalgic creepy-jeebies in long-time Fallout fans.
That sky reminds me of the Sierra Madre from NV

Agreed. It just looks weird with this new area having a bunch of roads connecting it but no road connecting it with the rest of appalachia.
I thought the old rag lookout tower 25:25 was interesting cause a note there said that the raiders and the settlers were working together in that area
Hey, just an FYI for anyone who wants to know. Sometimes youtube disabled notifications for video/channels, especially if you haven't watched certain channels in a while.
As of right, there is no fix for this bug, but turn-off notifications closing the application and then reopening it and turning notifications back have fixed my issues slightly
Sometimes, I don't get notifications for video until like a half hour or three plus hours after launching my best advice is to follow other social for content creators

At some place on the map they need to put a state border. Since the new area takes us outa of west virginia into virginia, maybe a messed up highway with state signs. I think that lil bit of detail would make it seem so much more authetic since they have so many real world locations already. ❤
It always bothered me that the bridge at the Mothman museum lead to nowhere but they had all those bots flying around just out of reach. Maybe they’ll get back to that!
Tbh the only thing I hate about this expansion is the fact that it’s not connected by road to the rest of the map; it’s just a random space in between. Overall tho it looks amazing

One thing I am curious about is how vault 63 is so big, if the map is correct it is the biggest vault ever constructed by vault-tec as it spans two region on the map, unless the other locations are post-war creation by the new Lost dweller faction.
The dark hollow manor is part of vault 63 just photomode glitch through the door
Vault 63 has a metro system so it could be that the vault is segmented in different areas and those areas are connected through the metro system
Yea I've been investigating trying to find enclave hold out to help them on their important mission

Love the inclusion of the Communists. I hope there is a significant storyline to the Communists.
They have a big story in previous Fallouts and in this game, they have a story quest where you infiltrate their secret underground base (which is amazing btw). They have started the war along with Enclave so it's always interesting when they get content.
I hope that we get a enclave quest line

@@silverbloodborne9495 I think they are definitely preparing for it. Enclave player icon & mineral extractors have been datamined (bundle for the dlc) and Enclave story dlc is easily the most desired next story dlc in fo76 community.
@@spark556 I would just like to see them explored further as I feel they are slightly underused in '76. Something along the lines of Fallout 2 with Shi-Town rather than making every Chinese soldier/ spy a Ghoul.
They should add a giant chicken to the giant chicken marker in the forest

Hey rifle. For new players, make a video on maps with thumbtacks on locations. You can click them and reveal locations. Also, fire watch towers allow you to discover locations in the surrounding area.
I started trying to watch this too late last night and kept falling asleep. Had wierd dreams about a cabin 🤣
i watched you a lot back when i played fallout 76 for the xbox 1 back when wastelanders dropped. got a pc a few years ago and found out i couldnt transfer my character what so ever, so i dropped the game.
even now i dont see myself playing again, good to see you still keepin on tho
When I got back ino 76 I tried to play my old character, it didn’t feel right because of all the new stuff so I started a new character. I thought that I was going to only ever play my first character, but I’ve been having fun exploring a new build. I also think that you can get an Xbox account on a PC, worth looking into.

Hay I used to play 76 every day I got up to level 500 and then they NERFED blooded unarmed builts is it worth getting back into?
Im 670 bloodied all my life i use almost all kind of bloodied even melees and if u have nice perks they kick hard and you should try the war glaive with the different kind of mods it have they look awesome💯
It’s just hard getting back into a game where I used to do 5000 damage a hit and now I’m only doing like 2000

Honestly it looks good but the problem is is that they did not get even a single location correct geographically with the locations of the different points of interest on the map. They completed botched historical accuracy of the location and made it into something that would otherwise insult the people who were dislocated from their homes in the park. The only reason I’m critiquing it like this is because I’ve hiked there more then most and for them to have rapidan camps higher up on the map then big meadows is the biggest load of crap h think I’ve ever seen 💀

Was just comparing the new map to the old map. Johnson's acre cultist camp was as far as you could go. They made the left map logo smaller and extended outward alot.
