As someone who is unable to use the coke freestyle machines because of food allergies, I prefer the older style fountain drinks. It is good to know that they all haven't been changed over to the freestyle ones. Truth be told I probably would still get the cup regardless. 😁
just got off the fantasy last saturday. if there was one boat to be stuck this would be the one. wash your hands was the main theme for the cruise. disney does such a great job at keeping things clean and making sure that everyone is safe. looking forward to seeing a flower and garden review soon!!!!!
My family and I just got off the Fantasy last week (last Star Wars day at sea for this year). In my opinion, Disney does everything right when it comes to risk management. We never felt worried about a thing... except which character meet and greet we wanted to attend and how many ahi tuna towers we wanted to order!
I'm glad that you waited for the ride! I can tell how good it is, when you do that. We got off of the Fantasy a week ago, and they do keep everything clean. We all enjoyed our trip and made sure to wash or sanitize our hands after touching rails, handles, buttons, before and after eating. We didn't even catch a cold. We found out once we got off that they had people on the ship with the flu though. Disney did an excellent job at keeping everything sanitized. Thank you for sharing your day with us. We hope to see you on our December trip.
Great view of Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway Michael and David ~ thanks for the tips and comments. Different view of the fireworks...THE POLY is always a wonderful view. Nachos look awesome ~ definitely on our list for next time; thanks for the view. Captain Cook's is one of our favorites. Gold Peak Tea is one of our FAVORITES. As always, we very much enjoyed this video; keep them coming.
❤❤❤❤ i have faith in disney and their preparedness. when i was at the parks last week they had cast members going around every que line hand rail and wiping it down. ❤❤ i was impressed with their all around efforts. ❤❤
When we had a massive wait time for Mulan summer 2017, we sat in the wait line inside. We saw it as a way to sit and cool off in the middle of our busy day.
We had to be evacuated off of the ride this past Thursday. We came back the next day, and really enjoyed the ride. It really went above my expectations.
Thank you for the videos and for your opinion on the virus and cruising! We have a 7 night western disney cruise coming up towards the end of april and are going back and fourth on what to do while still monitoring everything! Would love an updated video on your thoughts about the virus maybe next month as well! Thank you so much again Michael we appreciate the videos so much!
Thank you for another great review M&M Runaway Railway! Your reviews have me anxious to try it. The Nachos look great! Hopefully the Polynesian gets the Freestyle machine soon. Thank you for addressing COVID 19. I know it is on the minds of many. Our friends just cancelled their cruise. Thank you for taking the time to discuss this. Have a great day!
We went to the Poly last week to watch the fireworks per your recommendation and we loved it! It was a very cold night though, so we got hot chocolate instead of dole whip.
As a healthy adult with no risk factors, I'm looking to take 1 or 2 more cruises this season. But I'd say the same thing during a bad flu season or after every reported noro incident. The precautions are all the same.
We’re going on a Disney Cruise in June and we’ve already decided there’s no way we’re cancelling. We’ll gladly be quarantined on a Disney cruise ship 30 days or more! Haha
Our cruise is in mid July it’s the Mediterranean Cruise with 2 stops in Italy (which as of 3-9-2020) the country is on lockdown. We are not making our decisions until July.
Another great vlog. As I healthy adult and plus I have a high immune system. I have 27 years in nursing. So I think if you take the standard precautions as you would any other vinus, that is the best you can do. Handwashing, using sanitizer, covering your mouth when you cough, don't touch your face with dirty hands. Take vitamins C and D to boost immune system. Me and my sister have a cruise on Disney Dream on April 10th and we are still going.
Michael I love your enthusiasm, I always look forward to your videos. Thank you for the update regarding Disney and how they have chosen to handle the virus. I think it is good how they are handling the cruises and providing options for those who are concerned about traveling at this time. By them taking every preventative measure deemed necessary says alot for Disney. We expect nothing different, they are always on top of things.
The Canadian Govt. recommended not to travel on cruise ships so we cancelled ours and received a 100% credit for another cruise. Let's hope the outbreak gets contained soon enough so we can start feeling the WAVES OF DISNEY again!
Why are they not cancelling flights it's the same thing. You're more confined on a plane than a ship. I'm still going on my cruise and not worried at all.
Daryl-Rhys Taylor I think in the past vlogs u can tell Dave is definitely the universal brother, he still likes Disney but where mike likes being in Disney all the time Dave favors more of branching out and seeing new places. Dave was just hosted at sea world. I’m happy mike goes more places now but Dave definitely is becoming more of a universal/Orlando fan
Another great video showcasing an incredible attraction, although a technical nightmare as is RotR, a great new attraction, nonetheless... great tips as well! Thanks Michael..
We’re 40 days out from our first family WDW vacation and still planning on going. However, we’re driving and we have some flexibility with work and school (we homeschool) if we were to be delayed or quarantined. Really hoping it doesn’t come to that. Our biggest concern is that the park will close. That and my mom rented DVC points. Wonder how they will handle DVC renters/point owners if they close.
We were suppose to get on the Wonder on March 29 but we cancelled. We were going with our two young children and two parents over the age of 65. Too much risk of the virus for the seniors. Too much risk of quarantine for the children. No, thank you. We’ll rebook later when things are under control instead of out of control.
My family stayed at a bungalow for no cost because we had a leak in our Boardwalk room and we loved the bungalow one of the best times at Disney world. I’m not worried about the Corona Virus
Disney do an incredible job at mitigating risks. They will have a very extensive plan ready to carry out should a case of Covid-19 be detected on property or on the Disney Cruise ships.
Of course there is a risk of getting sick on a cruise ship, but I think it’s important to keep it in perspective. If you are a generally healthy person who gets infected with the virus, you should expect a flu-like experience, nothing too scary. I would be more worried that you could be delayed in returning to home/work after your vacation if the ship itself is quarantined for precautionary measures. Everyone should always be properly washing regularly, on land and especially at sea, to prevent all types of illness.
But this is Disney we’re talking about, their ships are the safest. There wasn’t a SARS situation on a Disney ship and this won’t happen on a Disney ship either. Stop the fear mongering, just wash your hands
@@legowagfles7287 LOL if you think you cant get sick on a Disney cruise lol then go for it...If you feel that way nothing anyone says will change your views...Good luck not fear mongering just looking at facts dude
Thanks for addressing covid-19! I know it’s kinda taboo but please keep us posted about it! Like many families we’re back and forth about whether to do wdw this summer or not
omg i use GPS for everything. Even to go to work everyday. lol i ostly use it on WAZE you know for traffic and cops. lol. But more power to you; i can imagine not using GPS in Disney world. :)
Thank you Michael. I value your opinion as someone who lives in Florida and frequents the parks. I have a birthday trip planned for Mid April and would hate to postpone. It is just myself and a friend, no kids, no senior citizens and we are coming from rural PA and Maryland. Hoping we see a decline and I can still go. Thank you for your opinion!
Also worth noting, if you or the family members that you are traveling with are over 65 you also might want to reconsider traveling. I have a trip to Aulani scheduled in May, while I am healthy it would not be good for my 68 year old dad to get the virus so I'm considering canceling 🙁
I would not recommend anyone from getting in crowds or lines of people or on a cruise ship until a workable vaccine is in place. Hand sanitizers placed every few feet will not prevent aerosols from coughs & sneezes. You will breathe it in.
Your refillable cup is usually only refillable for the length of your stay at a resort. There is a chip that activates the soda dispenser.
Another awesome vlog Michael, thank you for sharing with us!! Did you have a reservation at The Poly? Or were you able to park there without one?
As someone who is unable to use the coke freestyle machines because of food allergies, I prefer the older style fountain drinks. It is good to know that they all haven't been changed over to the freestyle ones. Truth be told I probably would still get the cup regardless. 😁
I appreciate your spoiler warnings! Really shows the care and consideration you have for your fans and their enjoyment of the magic!

Yes I have been on the Fantasy if I was stuck on a cruise ship that would be the one too
While I was on the Fantasy, the whole shebang with the Princess ship in Japan happened.
Micheal, I love your vids and appreciate your honesty, keep it real yo! 😎
My family and I just got off the Fantasy last week (last Star Wars day at sea for this year).

Luckily, your wait wasn't too long. I can't wait to experience Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway in person. It looks amazing!
We had to be evacuated off of the ride this past Thursday. We came back the next day, and really enjoyed the ride. It really went above my expectations.

Anthony Strunk we’re hoping by the summer this virus is dormant! Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Good for you! 👍 I would do the exact same thing, I too am in the healthcare field and though it is stressful most times it's also very gratifying 😀

Thanks for all the helpful info 😁
Thank you for sharing another great video! Love the Poly, one of my favorite resorts 😊
Just got off the Magic...no issues! Then went to Hollywood Studios! What a blast!
WHOA Michael, I thought you were starting to shape shift at 10:25😂
Yes, so weird.
I'm wondering how he parks at the Poly without dining reservations? End of the day maybe?
I've done it before, the guards seem to be on and off about it.
I trust Disney 💯
Stay home people!Private Disney Cruise here we come!🛳

Dave is so visibly upset waiting 45 min for the ride to come back up. It’s like he was wishing he was at Universal instead lol 😂😂
Daryl-Rhys Taylor he’s loves universal!!

Daryl-Rhys Taylor its not that serious lol

Wait, so what was that little shock at the end of the ride? Did your seat vibrate, does something poke you?
Disney do an incredible job at mitigating risks. They will have a very extensive plan ready to carry out should a case of Covid-19 be detected on property or on the Disney Cruise ships.
Stuck on the railway and no sleeper car!
CDC is saying to not travel by cruise ships at this time.....not worth the risk of getting sick or stuck on board

My family and I are going on the Disney magic in 2 weeks and we’re still planning on going on it as long as Disney does not cancel it
Show us that you carry antibacterial hand wipes too? I wore my Parka a few times last March.
Probably the good thing about the corona virus is that people are now trying to be cleaner than ever!
My college closed down out of precaution for the virus

Just watched your video... curious if you and David had the Coronavirus on your last Disney Cruise? You both were so sick.
Don’t forget to do the maintenance on your car Michael 😂I believe it’s an oil change because i have the same car
Mike at the Poly = A+ video

Love The Ride
Will you be at Disney World this weekend? I am coming down with my sister and would love to get a picture with you!!
I has pollen allergy.
👍🏻👍🏻
Pork Nachos are the best
Sorry u got stuck but u have time to look around awhile. Wow still waiting? Hope u still think it was worth it.👍😬☘😀❤️
You're definitely brave. No way you could get me on a cruise right now. Or in Disney for that matter. Just not worth it IMHO.
For me not to ride on Disney cruise would have to be a mixture of the bubonic plague and smallpox
Mmm, Michael, I see in your popular uploads section that all of them are DCL videos.
Is that suggesting something? Hmm?
Compared to other cruise lines Disney had the worst policy on cancellation due to covid 19
Oof!!!!
I would not recommend anyone from getting in crowds or lines of people or on a cruise ship until a workable vaccine is in place. Hand sanitizers placed every few feet will not prevent aerosols from coughs & sneezes. You will breathe it in.
OMG stuck again 😡
My Opinion. It's never worth it
