How to Add Users (Give Access) to TikTok Ads Manager:
1) Access your TikTok Business Center
***NOT your TikTok Ads Manager
If you are on the TikTok Ads Manager, click on the top right to navigate to TikTok Business Center
2) Select Members (under Users)
3) Click on Invite Member
4) Type in the email address and select access level
5) In the next screen select the TikTok Ads Manager and select access level
6) Select your TikTok Ads account and access level
7) Confirm
