I needed to hear this in order to release the grips of the inner perfectionist. It is permission to go for it, to try, to make mistakes, to stumble, to not know how, to keep going, to ask for help, to be honest, to be authentic, to be vulnerable, to honour the gift you have inside to share with others, to delegate and let others help you and support you along the way and watch it grow and expand beyond what you could have hoped for. It's inspiring and empowering because of the rawness, relateabilty and realness of every awkward situation and the sigh of relief that comes with realising that intrinsically, everyone experiences these less than perfect/ideal moments and that they can become the foundation on which something so valuable and significant can grow.
I love how Hugh literally needed resilience just to make it through the starting stages of the Resilience Project. Well done man, you are doing so great!
