Time constraints. I've seen T2 like a thousand times and they pretty much nailed the whole movie except the T1000 killing John's foster parents and the T800 beating up the douche bros.

You know you've seen this movie too many times when you notice that the fat guy with the shotgun is missing from the scene when Arnie gets on the motorcycle immediately after the bar fight. Awesome work as always!

Adam Kerr It was amazing. Im a sucker for classics from the 70s-90s and it was shocking I never got to it. Watched all the other ones as well and I was a bit dissapointed. Seeing genisys tonight too so hopefully that's decent at least.
Plus the fact Danny isn't still in room when T-800 shows Miles & Tarissa his arm.
The 8 bit “You Could Be Mine” was the highlight for me.

This was better than Genesis and pretty much all the sequels
Salvation is good at depicting the 2018, early stages of the war. There are some plot holes though that ruined it. T3, Genisys, and Dark fate, however, is just ugh.

Edit: By nearly every movie, I mean any after the first; also, not to mention the Sarah Connor Chronicles TV show, which brought up a whole other timeline yet again

Marcus was sent by Skynet for a mission. Then Skynet's T600 and T800 bots all who met him tried to kill him. After he got captured, he was fixed by Skynet, and explained their intention to him.
In short: This dude, who is clueless about Skynet, clueless about the world, clueless about his capabilities and cybernetic enhancements, or basically everything, is actually a Skynet infiltrator who is on a job.

They wouldn't have had enough memory for it. I can however tell you that the Terminator 1 game for Sega CD was very good and almost really did match the plot. Of course the plot was a lot simpler than the plot of T2.

Diego CI and an airborne motorbike jump into the chopper to top it off but I’m super impressed by how they covered pretty much everything.

T-800 starts to learn after he killed John, we know from T2 that this is impossible, he need to switch to a learning mode, terminator can't do that by himself.
Grace actress is really bad. Like she doesnt want to be on the set.
Danny learns how to shoot in 5 seconds.
Skynet always sent ONE unit to the past, but in the dark fate, skynet sent few of them. Skynet breaks its own rules, also, when did skynet sent it to the past? We know that time machine was an "last weapon" for skynet. In T1 only one unit was sent to the past, and in the second one, t-1000 was made for this job.

Man, i remember watching this in my 8 year old terminator phase. So many nostalgic memories
Had to watch this again, brilliant. One thing that isnt getting a mention in the comments is the music. THE MUSIC IS AMAZING, cheesy and naff but sounds like the melodies from the film itself and you know what scenes in the film your at. Genius...
This is showing everybody, how awesome a Terminator game in retro looks could be. Hopefully some skilled indie developer sees this and gets inspired.
Would have been great to see a developer be this inspired back in the day. Alas!

I can't believe I'm saying this. I really enjoyed every second of this short amazing Terminator 2. I even enjoyed it even more than the Dark Fate ... lol. I used to play video games on Nintando and it's used to be the same.. good old days. Whoever created this short movie should be awarded Oscar.. genius, just genius
