    grabe tlga yung iba imbes na i-appreciate na lang, yung flaws pa ang nakikita!! love your own naman mga kababayan! aminin man natin o hinde maraming natutulungan yung mga videos nya tungkol sa mga pagluluto.. cge ikaw na magaling, ni hindi nga makapag-post ng helpful videos yung iba naninita pa..

    This video is very helpful for some of us that doesn't really know how to cook. I agreed on wearing gloves if you are cooking for Hotels or high end restaurants. In cooking show I never seen any Chef that has gloves on coz' remember it's just a cooking video to show us how to do it right in our home. And if you are pinoy I bet you also eat with your bare hands. :) So please just thank the Chef here for sharing his cooking knowledge.

    Every time I think of Morcon, I remember my grandma. Of all the dish she cooked, her Morcon is second to none. Going to learn this so I can share with my family. Thank you Panlasang Pinoy sa pag turo! You're the best!

    Yung first try q ng morcon ganito rin ginawa ko, WITHOUT TOMATO SAUCE. Yung sauce is toyo at lemon lang then broth pero lubog sa broth para pantay ang paglambot ng meat hanggang sa maging saucy na ang sauce. Ang sarap kasi lumasa sa sauce yung beef at natunaw na cheese, kaya di talaga need ng tomato sauce or else magiging caldereta sya. Tama ito, same kayo ng cooking method ni Master Chef Nora V. Daza.

    Hi Mr. Vanjo..thank you so much for sharing all your recipes to us, because of you i learnt how to cook some of pinoy dishes that i never tried to cook eversince, like this one"morcon"..masarap daw din po ako magluto kya lang paulit-ulit lang mga dishes ko :-), glad i found your channel and been following you and getting ideas for a year now, all of my foreign friends really love it, as in all of them! ngiisang pinoy lang po kasi ako here sa review center ko here in london and they truly love it

    wow ang sarap nyan morcon is originally from cavite city little suggestion instead of hot dog try to use chinese sausage kemyanjen and strip of celery and strip of liver instead of lemon we're using pineapple juice, but ika nga iba ibang style yan! sarap nyan with atchara and tinapa... thanks for post before putting in the pangloob spread a little bit of butter on the meat. ingat mga kapatid

    Should be cooked by simmering it in tomato sauce til its tender, then served with the sauce over it. Just saying.

    with our morcon we do not dredge it in flour and fry it, we braise and simmer it in water and tomato sauce until it becomes tender so that it won't be dry, think of it as morcon that has the sauce of kaldereta minus the liver spread

    iba ang morcon mo dapat pakuluan sa pinaeple juice at lagyan ng tomato sause at tinadtad na atay ng baboy pra masarap sause,kulang din ingredient sa loob dapat my hiniwang taba ng baboy pra hindi dry ang pagkakaluto at dapat itlog na maalat inilagay mo

    When saying its wrong, every Province is different. My inlaws taught me that (people from 4 different Provinces in my family) especially when it comes to the meat recipes and even Lumpia. There are differing versions of every recipe

    he can use his bare hands in marinating as long as his hands are clean. but if the meat is cooked na and ready to serve, he should use disposable gloves to prevent contamination.

    I think he just said "Beef eye round" commonly use for roasting or stews...looks like a tenderloin but much tougher :)

    Minana naman ng mga Kastila sa mga Aleman. Ang tawag nila sa Morcon ay Rouladen. Isang lutong sikat sa Bavaria.
    Eye of round is the tough rectus femoris muscle from beef., Rib eye is from the lumbar muscles and too expensive except for festive steaks The usual cut is the skirt steak which is the diaphragm muscle. Other cuts can be used
    if boiled or pressure cooked well.

    @crazyazcordova To question food culture is unbelievably absurd, really. You can never really understand it until you study its history or open up to it. In Brazil, women prepare a beverage by chewing on the a root crop, and then spitting it in a pot before cooking. It may seem disgusting, but that's their culture. We have the choice to try it or not, but we should never question it. You are right, it is a very interesting dish that explains a tidbit of the history and culture of the Phils.

    @chey1114 tama ka.. di yan sila nanonood ng cooking tv shows kaya di nakapagtataka na gnyan ang reaction nila towards this vid.. tsk!! react ng react la nman alam about it.. most of the chefs uses there bare hands excpt lng kung kailangan tlga nila mg.gloves.. they should be thankful ksi meh ngdemonstrate how to cook morcon.. hmp!
