Hmm. I'm getting nowhere with my current trademark application. The service I'm going through doesn't seem to have any clue how to do this for an author business. I have no intent to sell other authors' works. Since when was that a requirement? I think they might be looking at the wrong classifications. 😭
@@SelfPubMadeSimple I'm working with Northwest Registered Agent. They have their own attorneys that I decided to try out, but this doesn't look like something they know a lot about.
He gives us contact info to be able to reach out for help. He is very kind and could probably offer you some assistance or at least point you in the right direction.
