If so, he and Gale are probably sharing some "Beauty Sleep" life-hacks or smth. Imagine them having those spa masks or smth with cucumber cuts on their eyes and they are laying in the hot spring. Maybe Shadowheart would join them, but casting fog or blindness. While Wyll, Karlach and Lae'zel would choose mud-baths. Or it would've been Wyll just watching Karlach and Lae'zel wrestling in the dirt. The OTHER option if we think about Karlachs issue with Hot temperatures would've been a frozen water. Lae'zel would probably join her in that water both eating the ice while poor Wyll was dragged with for company.
