Instead of going to the police and telling them what happened, she puts the ML in jail like daddy dearest wanted her to. Up till that point ML and FL were "unicornsprinclesrosesrainbows" in love. After he gets out, he takes revenge on her - in very cruel ways (If you want to take revenge collect evidence for her wrong accusation and put her in jail for a few years). Instead of going to the police and reporting him, she chooses to let the ML abuse her (if you feel guilty, go and report yourself for the wrong accusation and sit in jail for a few years) And then in the end, she takes the easy way out by killing herself. I admit, that I do not like this script. It is illogical for me from start to finish. The acting was good.
Thanks. I’ll miss this one, especially as it sounds like the FL was also in the wrong and deserves some retribution. I too don’t understand why they don’t go to the police where there is evidence of wrong doing. She could have even asked the ML for help or told him the truth but they always go the route which is sure to backfire! Anyway, on to the next one….😅

This drama with a sad ending is hard to watch. The ML treats the FL horribly. She had done her best to save her family, but she had an evil stepfather who pushed her into a no-win situation. This ML, like in other dramas, didn't think to investigate until it was too late. As sad as the FL's ending was, it looked more peaceful than her life. The actors are good and do a great job presenting this script.
This was so tragic. The ending fit better than a happy ending cause they gave a few different details that worked for this version. I felt bad for her but as another commenter said, she could have told the courts she was being forced. I think finding out that the man you loved chose to be with you out of revenge in the beginning was the final straw.

It was shameful that the Fl suffered so much abuse and mistreatment by the Ml and others the entire drama mainly due to the despicable actions of her father and others jealousy. I saw a very similar one of this type of drama. It's similar enough that it might just be a different version of the same drama. It has a way happier ending, but there were still some hard scenes of mental torture from the ML to the FL. They both hurt each other, but the FL never blamed the ML. They also had a daughter. There was a stepdad that also instigated this mess, but on that other version, karma came for him. The FL suffered a lot, but she didn't die. She did try to commit suicide as well, and they thought she did die, but she was rescused. The terminal cancer turned out to be some form of lung disease. Both FL and ML had to work hard to forgive each other, and the ML did suffer quite a bit when she "died." I think most viewers were able to let it go with him as he had to raise their daughter alone till he found the FL again. There was more realistic healing in that version, and i think more viewers responded better to that plot. This one was just plain cruel. This ML will live a regretful life of shame and misery. He always loved the FL but couldn't let go of his hatred of their past hurt and pain inflicted. Well he can atone at leisure.
This Fml was stupid and easy to manipulate, she betrayed the Ml by lies, how she has the nerve to lie in court, in front of him,and had him send to jail for a crime he didn't committed, they both suffered and had miserable life. I preferred the other version, this one has to much cruelty and a sad ending, they both deserve to have a happy life.

Puedo tratar de entender la trama, pero no hay excusa para que, al menos, ella fuese luego a la cárcel y le explicara todo, inclusive que estaba embarazada, nunca lo buscó para aclarar la situación, aún después de reencontrarse y estar juntos, pudo haberse sentado y contarle todo, decirle que estaba enferma, entregarle su hija, tomar tratamiento, pues el cáncer de pulmón tiene cura, si se trata a tiempo. El final es como arbitrario, y lo que quieren hacer ver que él debe pagar por la forma que trató a la prota, pero no veo que tanto le hizo. El dolor y el rencor de él estaba justificado, era ella quien debió aclarar todo. De hecho él deja de lado su rencor y decide recuperar su familia, aún si saber toda la verdad. Pero me gusta el final, ella es una mujer débil, no es capaz de pensar en si misma y buscar métodos que no la dañe ni a los demás, es muy pusilánime. Al menos él es más fuerte y puede darle una mejor formación y vida a la niña. Por primera vez no me afecta que ella muera, pues fue su decisión morir sin tratarse, morir sin importarle su hija, pues esa niña debió ser la mejor motivación para curarse y seguir con ella, si quería calmar su culpa por lo que le hizo al prota, tenía con amarlo y cuidarlo el resto de su vida, entonces está bien que muera, esta vida no es para los cobardes. No es que no me duela su muerte, claro que como madre que soy me duele que deje a su bebé, pero es como el que se sui ci da, guste o no, es su decisión.
These ML always have money and the means but lack the intelligence cause they never think to investigate especially when it involves someone they love; although the FL was forced, what she did went against what he knew of her character which should’ve been a good enough reason for the ML to investigate, even if his anger overshadowed it at the start it wasn’t the only flag. Honestly, death is the best ending for her; she was hurt by everybody, used, didn’t receive any kindness, care let alone loving care and had a terminal illness (the pain overshadowed the two closest to her), they blamed and punished her simply because she was “related”… she was able to go out on her terms, though sad, I get it. When it came to her daughter that was her light and calmness but of course the ML and everyone else didn’t make that easy. At the end when the ML kneels, reads her words and states “I love you” I had to roll my eyes… dude, you didn’t love her when she was there and now all of sudden you know the truth and you love her!?! That fast? Switched so quick, hurting and torturing something gets you in the feels I suppose. I really, really wanted to see the FL get some justice but again, I get it. If toxic dramas aren’t your cup of tea then it’s best to pass this one, though the acting is good it’s still best to pass… not only is it toxic the FL doesn’t “win” or get a HE but she does get peace 😢. It’s a sad one that’s for sure, I gotta find a lighthearted one next.

A DISTRESSING and PATHETIC screenplay, that neither allows for an explanation of human behavior nor allows the male lead, room to repent..the script writers thought that TRAGIC ending was the way to go and would be popular, in which cast they were wrong..although this may be one of those RARE movies, where the 2FL doesn't have any to little impact on the ML, but does play a crucial role in getting the fL's mother killed.the story begins with the fL betraying the love of the ML[even though there is more to his love] and the ML sentenced to jail for a crime that the fL's step-brother did..the fL gives witness in court, and puts the blame on the ML..the ML also suffers a knife attack in jail, where he escapes narrowly..he comes out and finds the fL, in a bar and hence it starts-the REVENGE arc..his friends and the 2FL, keep inciting him and he witnesses the FL with various men..these were either arranged by the fL's father or were harassing the fL, because she has come out of her family and now has no one to protect her..she also has a 5 year old child and she takes help of the doctor of the child, who has sickness and heart problems..the ML, seeing her with other men,gets angry and at the same time,unable to hate her[though he says he does], gets her to become his mistress but hates her that she has a child with someone else than him..there are numerous opportunities to clarify but the ML doesn't listen or the stupid FL keeps blubbering and always assumes he hates her.some of the friends ask him to investigate, esp the ML's assistant but he keeps it aside once her child is kidnapped, the ML helps,but the f ,who takes the knife,is admitted into the hospital doesn't tell him about the child because she fears,the ML will take the child away she is released from ..she knows she has lung cancer, will die soon and has avoided surgery ..until one day when the child is sick and his name is on the contact form,the fL has already signed him up as guardian..the ML takes away the child.that is the last she sees the child.soon information about the the fL's mother's death comes and there ,it is understood that the ML's mother pushed the fL's mother, as there was previous hate,which caused the ML's mother to be mentally ill,depressed, as the father was killed in front of the ML's mother..when the ML asks forgiveness,the fL could have clearly let go of her GRIEF and punished him with harsh words,including what happened 6 years ago and how she raised a child alone, why she forced to testify saying it was because her father withheld treatment for her mother etc etc.but she doesn't..she just forgives his mother.the fL's friend ,who knows her life story, asks her to talk to the ML but she doesn't..she then files an application for withdrawing her testimony,in the ML's case.her father requests her to withdraw,saying it has already been judged and 3 years have passed but the fL persists..so the father fires a FINAL TRUTH..that the ML was actually not a driver's son but pretending to be one..he was actually the enemy -Qing's family's son.as she walks out deceived and dejected,the ML rushes forward with an umbrella, but instead of catching him by his collars and venting out her frustration and truth and questioning his love and putting him on the defense, she asks to SLEEP with him one final time and the next morning, when her daughter's call comes, she rushes away to drown in the river nearby..the ML, who sees the blood spat by her ,gets a phone call saying the fL has to do surgery and then comes to know her health condition..the Ml rushes out to find her drowned.the ML apologizes, at her tombstone,only to be slapped by the FL's best friend and she throws a diary at him, asking him if his Revenge was worth it..kudos to this friend,for the fL lacked insight and was stupid, to not ask him about why he pretended to be someone else..she didn't even pick up that final call from her child, only to go die after a night with the ML?..If she were to die, it would be right after her mother's death, for she had no one according to herself..the fL could have talked to her friend or reached out to her child and the ML..But the fL simply wants to LET GO and not even talk out the past trauma,which i s self defeating..there is another version, where the fL does surgery comes out alive and the ML has time to repent,thinking she is dead and finally reunites with the fL and the child..this version is not that good..the ML cries his tears wondering,if there was a next birth, "would she still LOVE him"?
The usual torturing stuff aside, It’s doomed to begin with anyway. Her father kill his father. She frames him and got him into jail. There’s really no way this relationship could’ve worked out.

They say that remake of drama will not end up good. In this case, it's very true. The other version is GOOD, this version is NOT GOOD. The acting is poor, especially the FL. Bed scene with full clothes? Lazy actor. And what a crocodile tears. The bad productions makes the whole story BAD. Whoever improved this script needs to check their head to psychiatrist. It's clear from beginning that they want to make a tragedy. That's why the make all the situation so much exaggerated I felt sick. Exaggeration and dramatic doesn't make a drama good, instead it's the opposite. They KILL EVERYTHING. The result is this drama is NOT WORTH WATCHING ANYMORE. They say the ending is CRAP. The ML wasn’t a victim in this 🎭 because he sought out FL for revenge against her family🤔. FL’s family, not saying it was right, stopped him in his track by having her falsely accused him of a crime😳 His crime/conscience decision was coming into their world to seek revenge🤔 At the end ML asked FL after she died would she do it or love him again something of that sort🤬. However, ML didn’t ask the right question😳. The question should’ve been, “If I had to do it all again, would I the villain seek revenge by using the innocent FL?” The ML never own up to the part he played in his downfall; however, FL did say before she died that they were doomed from the beginning and that’s the voice of an adult and not a little boy…the ML🤔 Life is about choices and the ML brought trouble down on himself😂🤣😂. When you plot revenge, dig two or more graves just make sure you save one for yourself🤔. The ending was the best because ML didn’t deserve forgiveness from FL nor her dying L O V E🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 He will have to look in the eyes of his daughter for the remaining of his life knowing he mentally and physically abused her mother🤔. Now he has a daughter with a large whole in her heart because of the death of her mother…you can bet money he’s not going to tell his daughter that her mother committed suicide and he’s going to be praying she never finds out the parts he played in her untimely death🤔 The screenwriters and directors of C-🎭🎭🎭 have this need for viewers to witness the tortured soul of a villain when in reality nobody gives a 💩😳. When a person in the court of law sees a rapist/murderer/etc. crying, nobody jumps up and says “Let him walk free because he’s suffered enough”😳. Very bad drama. I would not recommend anyone to watch this. I wonder why the actors accepted the roles. The writer of this drama is very sadistic as he made the FL weak and stupid unlike other FLs who are kick ass and learn to fulight back.

Yes, it would have been better if the FL did not commit suicide. The director could have made an alternate ending where the ML and FL lived happily.

These ML always have money and the means but lack the intelligence cause they never think to investigate especially when it involves someone they love; although the FL was forced, what she did went against what he knew of her character which should’ve been a good enough reason for the ML to investigate, even if his anger overshadowed it at the start it wasn’t the only flag.
Honestly, death is the best ending for her; she was hurt by everybody, used, didn’t receive any kindness, care let alone loving care and had a terminal illness (the pain overshadowed the two closest to her), they blamed and punished her simply because she was “related”… she was able to go out on her terms, though sad, I get it.
When it came to her daughter that was her light and calmness but of course the ML and everyone else didn’t make that easy.
At the end when the ML kneels, reads her words and states “I love you” I had to roll my eyes… dude, you didn’t love her when she was there and now all of sudden you know the truth and you love her!?! That fast? Switched so quick, hurting and torturing something gets you in the feels I suppose.
I really, really wanted to see the FL get some justice but again, I get it.
If toxic dramas aren’t your cup of tea then it’s best to pass this one, though the acting is good it’s still best to pass… not only is it toxic the FL doesn’t “win” or get a HE but she does get peace 😢.
It’s a sad one that’s for sure, I gotta find a lighthearted one next.

白妍劉擎版又走八股老路，白岩又找到了親生富豪老爸，難道大陸富豪比老鼠還多嗎？

😢 Qué manera de sufrir con este drama. Me parece totalmente injusto el final que tuvo la protagonista femenina. Encima parece que los malos ganaron (el padre, la madrastra, el hermanastro de ella no parece que hayan recibido su merecido) Tampoco se descubrió que fue la hermana del amigo del protagonista masculino quien empujó y mató a la madre de la protagonista femenina. Me hubiera gustado un final feliz, en el que pudieran disfrutar de la hija de ambos. Pero bueno 😢😢😢

A DISTRESSING and PATHETIC screenplay, that neither allows for an explanation of human behavior nor allows the male lead, room to repent..the script writers thought that TRAGIC ending was the way to go and would be popular, in which cast they were wrong..although this may be one of those RARE movies, where the 2FL doesn't have any to little impact on the ML, but does play a crucial role in getting the fL's mother killed.the story begins with the fL betraying the love of the ML[even though there is more to his love] and the ML sentenced to jail for a crime that the fL's step-brother did..the fL gives witness in court, and puts the blame on the ML..the ML also suffers a knife attack in jail, where he escapes narrowly..he comes out and finds the fL, in a bar and hence it starts-the REVENGE arc..his friends and the 2FL, keep inciting him and he witnesses the FL with various men..these were either arranged by the fL's father or were harassing the fL, because she has come out of her family and now has no one to protect her..she also has a 5 year old child and she takes help of the doctor of the child, who has sickness and heart problems..the ML, seeing her with other men,gets angry and at the same time,unable to hate her[though he says he does], gets her to become his mistress but hates her that she has a child with someone else than him..there are numerous opportunities to clarify but the ML doesn't listen or the stupid FL keeps blubbering and always assumes he hates her.some of the friends ask him to investigate, esp the ML's assistant but he keeps it aside once her child is kidnapped, the ML helps,but the f ,who takes the knife,is admitted into the hospital doesn't tell him about the child because she fears,the ML will take the child away she is released from ..she knows she has lung cancer, will die soon and has avoided surgery ..until one day when the child is sick and his name is on the contact form,the fL has already signed him up as guardian..the ML takes away the child.that is the last she sees the child.soon information about the the fL's mother's death comes and there ,it is understood that the ML's mother pushed the fL's mother, as there was previous hate,which caused the ML's mother to be mentally ill,depressed, as the father was killed in front of the ML's mother..when the ML asks forgiveness,the fL could have clearly let go of her GRIEF and punished him with harsh words,including what happened 6 years ago and how she raised a child alone, why she forced to testify saying it was because her father withheld treatment for her mother etc etc.but she doesn't..she just forgives his mother.the fL's friend ,who knows her life story, asks her to talk to the ML but she doesn't..she then files an application for withdrawing her testimony,in the ML's case.her father requests her to withdraw,saying it has already been judged and 3 years have passed but the fL persists..so the father fires a FINAL TRUTH..that the ML was actually not a driver's son but pretending to be one..he was actually the enemy -Qing's family's son.as she walks out deceived and dejected,the ML rushes forward with an umbrella, but instead of catching him by his collars and venting out her frustration and truth and questioning his love and putting him on the defense, she asks to SLEEP with him one final time and the next morning, when her daughter's call comes, she rushes away to drown in the river nearby..the ML, who sees the blood spat by her ,gets a phone call saying the fL has to do surgery and then comes to know her health condition..the Ml rushes out to find her drowned.the ML apologizes, at her tombstone,only to be slapped by the FL's best friend and she throws a diary at him, asking him if his Revenge was worth it..kudos to this friend,for the fL lacked insight and was stupid, to not ask him about why he pretended to be someone else..she didn't even pick up that final call from her child, only to go die after a night with the ML?..If she were to die, it would be right after her mother's death, for she had no one according to herself..the fL could have talked to her friend or reached out to her child and the ML..But the fL simply wants to LET GO and not even talk out the past trauma,which i s self defeating..there is another version, where the fL does surgery comes out alive and the ML has time to repent,thinking she is dead and finally reunites with the fL and the child..this version is not that good..the ML cries his tears wondering,if there was a next birth, "would she still LOVE him"?

They say that remake of drama will not end up good. In this case, it's very true. The other version is GOOD, this version is NOT GOOD.
The acting is poor, especially the FL. Bed scene with full clothes? Lazy actor. And what a crocodile tears.
The bad productions makes the whole story BAD. Whoever improved this script needs to check their head to psychiatrist.
It's clear from beginning that they want to make a tragedy. That's why the make all the situation so much exaggerated I felt sick.
Exaggeration and dramatic doesn't make a drama good, instead it's the opposite. They KILL EVERYTHING. The result is this drama is NOT WORTH WATCHING ANYMORE.
They say the ending is CRAP. Well, I don't need to watch until the end to know that this one is CRAP.

Even though its a sad ending, i think its better this way, make the ML regret for life,....
The ML wasn’t a victim in this 🎭 because he sought out FL for revenge against her family🤔. FL’s family, not saying it was right, stopped him in his track by having her falsely accused him of a crime😳 His crime/conscience decision was coming into their world to seek revenge🤔
At the end ML asked FL after she died would she do it or love him again something of that sort🤬. However, ML didn’t ask the right question😳. The question should’ve been, “If I had to do it all again, would I the villain seek revenge by using the innocent FL?” The ML never own up to the part he played in his downfall; however, FL did say before she died that they were doomed from the beginning and that’s the voice of an adult and not a little boy…the ML🤔 Life is about choices and the ML brought trouble down on himself😂🤣😂. When you plot revenge, dig two or more graves just make sure you save one for yourself🤔.
The ending was the best because ML didn’t deserve forgiveness from FL nor her dying L O V E🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
He will have to look in the eyes of his daughter for the remaining of his life knowing he mentally and physically abused her mother🤔. Now he has a daughter with a large whole in her heart because of the death of her mother…you can bet money he’s not going to tell his daughter that her mother committed suicide and he’s going to be praying she never finds out the parts he played in her untimely death🤔
The screenwriters and directors of C-🎭🎭🎭 have this need for viewers to witness the tortured soul of a villain when in reality nobody gives a 💩😳. When a person in the court of law sees a rapist/murderer/etc. crying, nobody jumps up and says “Let him walk free because he’s suffered enough”😳. The tears wasn’t for the FL because he was crying over his choices🤔 ML served prison in the beginning of the 🎭 because of the crimes he was going to commit against FL throughout the 🎭…R E V E N G E🤔…retribution is a MoFo🧐

Very bad drama. I would not recommend anyone to watch this. I wonder why the actors accepted the roles. The writer of this drama is very sadistic as he made the FL weak and stupid unlike other FLs who are kick ass and learn to fulight back.
