Secrets of PURA VIDA in Costa Rica | Cinematic video

We live in a consumer society, we're blinded by the desire for social status, ever increasing salary or fame and luxury. This materialistic lifestyle is affecting our planet, which is balancing at the edge of irreversible transformation.
Now imagine a country where instead of "hello", "goodbye" or "thank you", they use the phrase "PURA VIDA", meaning pure or simple life. In Costa Rica this is not just a saying but rather a philosophy of living happy and modest life with respect to nature.
Our planet is something we all share. We like to enjoy the incredible beauty it offers, yet not all of us agree it is time to give something back. While it is hard to change the systems, it is not too late for each one of us to adjust our habits. And a big change starts with little steps.
