If you just want to get your kephri transmog and haven't gotten it by the time you read this, I heavily recommend:
full max mage, including magus ring. bring a webweaver/bofa for swarms
Stand in the back row of the room and long-range shadow EVERYTHING. Shadow Kephri, shadow the ranger scarab, shadow the melee scarab, shadow the mage scarab. Do a 1way swap into your webweaver/craws/bofa whenever a swarm comes out. Protect range when agiles or the range scarab is out.
It sounds stupid, and it is. But it's worked 2/2 times for me (should work just fine in a duo as well). DPS is ass, but you'll have plenty of space if you don't fuck up your dung placement and don't trap yourself in a corner (you should end the room with enough space to not really stress about placing *every* dung spot you can in the corner).
Add x86 if you wanna duo it

Foreal though it's the easiest of the three raids. Start a 150. Get used to the bosses and don't be afraid to die. I plan to make a beginners guide sometime but there are lots of resources out there.

And I agree. My 500 wasn't even this bad. But 2 of my 3 failures were due to forgetting Chins or getting dps checked by akkha.
I just don't have the time to sit down and do it😭
