I've fixed this issue on my Duke 390, the issue is with the spark plug connector, if it's loose the spark plug doesn't receive enough current to create a proper spark hence resulting in this stalling, rough idling and throttle cuts on full acceleration. So gotta disconnect the spark plug and clean the plug connector and reconnect it properly(the 90 degree joint between the spark plug connector and the ignition cable)

Stalling with this bike for us was the Chain . J know I would not believe it to, The chain specs are to be 1/4 inch. Not more or less. This stoped our stalling issues in 2021. I also seen a video on the card injector cleaning . I thought try the chain first and nailed our stalling issue.
Dude same problem with my ‘14 Duke 690. I have a fuel filter and about the replace that. I’ve been losing my mind trying to find the issue. It was in the back of my mind thinking the fuel filter, but I’m glad that was the real issue.
My RC390 does the same thing. From what I have learned over forums and UA-cam, these bike's (RCs & Dukes) fuel mapping makes them run VERY VERY lean to comply to European emission laws... I have heard that a power commander 5 helps alot. It gives the bike more fuel and stalling goes away... check it out. I'm doing my 600 mi break in period right now, weh done, I'll bring the bike to the dealership for the first inspection and then, I'll install the PWR Com... we'll see. Good luck man !
I have a power commander on my 690 smcr and I have exactly this problem, the bike cuts out at any revs any time and us DANGEROUS. Any ideas to fix..... but its going to the dealer asap as I am going crazy with it. KTM should be ashamed.
this is happen now with my duke 200 2014 model, ill try to change the plug connector first.....if not maybe have to clean the throttle body and injector..

yo have you remapped your stock ECU or running any Piggyback ECU for the new exhaust system?
That was a quick connect line for a battery tender.
Have you tried replacing the ignition coil?
Was the problem now the spark plug ?
The main cause of the motorcycle stall was the fuel filter?
Where did you get the decals or tank pads for your bike

I’ve just changed the fuel filter on my duke and it still stalls when I flick the throttle. Does seem like it’s idling better though.

Dude my duke 690 does the same shit, i thought it was a me issue and i just wasn’t giving it enough gas but sometimes it will die in neutral
yeah I feel. I thought my clutch work just sucked then it started happening at idle.
