9:31 is what I loved about my XCW. The power rolls on so consistently you end up going faster than you think. You can tell the difference in the 4 stroke right after
2wheels too fun ! Thanks for the Moto content. Been a big fan for awhile… I fondly remember passing you at the Tour of California as a member of the “Bighair Superfan team) and screaming “Horner RULES “! I’d do it again
Chris, you really need to try a grand prix or hare scramble. There are usually bunch going on in the fall, and they can be really tough! Washougal MX usually has one, too.
Yes. If you out on the trail adjusting the clickers are great with the fingers. If I’m at the truck doing big clicker adjustments (more then ten, my fingers get sore) then I preferred using the tools. 🤔👍
Well, dirtbike content is a pleasant surprise What kind of tires do you guys like? I've been on Starcross 5 Mediums for the last few years, but they are phasing them out for the new 6. Have you guys tried any Beta bikes? One of our crew showed up with a Beta 300 Xtrainer on our last big trip and he seemed pretty quick. The crew I ride trails with is pretty fast and almost all (16) of them are going to Austrian 350s/300s. I'm still on a porky 450, but the writing is on the wall...
I like speed on two wheels but that is a no for me. it requires too much-boiling blood. I'll stick to my bike which I can't go beyond 60mph. it's nice you enjoyed yourself.
What would you say comparing these to your modified 2021? I have a 2021 and am debating if I want to follow up with the 24 XCW. Seems like getting the 2024 is a great foundation for building a better bike then even the modified 21. I am only concerned because everyone keeps talking about how soft the power is. What is your thoughts on the power compared to the 2021 TPI? Thanks!
Chris, did you ride dirt bikes when you were racing in the european peloton? Would teams have a problem with a signed rider riding dirt bikes and possibly becoming injured?

Whew- Chris be heavy into a lotta things & appears to be livin' the dream . . . and man- those Super Dave Osborne threads.
Great riding area. Been there on my xmc 520 and my Drz and loved it. as you said, 4 stroke heaven.
It’s good riding now that the rain has come. 👊
I got a 23 450 XCFW here in Bend and it rips, works well in the rocks and tech too
I almost bought that bike. I went to buy one and they didn’t have it yet so I picked out the 250xcw instead. Nice to hear it’s a good bike. 👊👊

I want to try one of these days. 👊👊
Now I want one…. Got a 2017 250 xcw, best bike ever until now… hmmm…Good review
The 250’s are great. 👊👊
Nice!.. Thinking of a new '24 250 XCW..gotta say, hopefully it doesn't come with any problems like my '19 TPI did..You like the clickers?

Again just here to let the video play and comment to boost the algorithm

Looks like a lot of fun to me.❤ It's been a while since I rode a motorcycle.
👊👊
So cool you ride and ride with your son! 😃
👊👊
was watching on my phone, switching to 📺 for a full experience!!! 🏍️🏍️🏍️🏍️
👊👊📺
How do you get the bike in your van if you’re alone? Do you have a winch that pulls them up inside?
Nice!

The throttle sometimes has a mind of its own it seems. Which can be exciting 😱💥
Fun fact, I have KTM mountain bicycle 😁 But I wouldn't mind having one of these two 🤩 KTM is a great brand, not sure how well known it is in the USA
Gets getting bigger every year 👊
So 250 xc-f or 250 xc-w?

Chris, did you ride dirt bikes when you were racing in the european peloton? Would teams have a problem with a signed rider riding dirt bikes and possibly becoming injured?
I really never did. I broke my foot in 2002 on one so after that I decide it was best to put them away. 😱😜🦋👊
Gravel grinding to the next level! Woop Woop!!
Woop 👊👊
got a discount code for the KTM?
I don’t. It hurts every time I buy one. 😂👊
Once you ride the 24 300 XCW in hard enduro or on that flat stuff you were on, you will never get back on the Sherco, trust me.
😊ride a gravel bike mate, makes less noise! 😂
😂👍
Not bad riding for a former pro road cyclist.
😜👍👊
