Instead of arming Israel, Ukraine and Taiwan; US tax payer money should be spent on infrastructure, healthcare, education, homelessness etc.

Col Wilkerson making the observation on regard his students putting their opinions across , in regard the "National security issue?" This pricked up my ears to a reply I'd got from a very intelligent chap I knew back in UK during the early 1990s , a modern at the time 5yr younger than me , engineering boffin type ? ..I just sorta accepted at the time , he was on another level of education & intelligence to me !! ..We made contact through F/B & he was doing real well in I think California? Working for Lockheed? If not them ? Some other bomb / warship maker ? ..Anyways , I started posting MOATS & Galloways opinion of the the operation ? THIS EX PAT from calm , sweet demeanor flew at with me with " Why isn't wonderful Thai king supporting Ukraine" ..I'm based in Thailand now ..I was like Wooooow!! Excuse me !! ..What an earth has the king of Thailand & what he does ? Have todo with me? ..And added , after ROB proudly went on to explain in bravado manner 😅 the acreage the plant covered and how many planes & weaponry they were producing !! ..Absolutely Amazing , this frenzied outburst 😅 I finished off with " Wonderful Rob , thanks for giving me the Nod in possible financial investments 😅" ...And by the way , I'm all for a country prioritizing on Defense securities..
ATB & LOVE COL WILKERSON 👍

"History tells us that every motion, every institutionalized procedure contains within itself two factors; two intimately associated elements. One is the vitality by means of which it shall live, and the other is the defect by which it must inevitably die...
...Institutions are merely hypothetical boundaries on the continuance of the unbroken stream of human life itself."

With Ukraine clearly losing on the battlefield, Russia will dictate the terms of any cease-fire or peace agreement, much to the disappointment of the United States and NATO. And with the United States $35 Trillion in debt, it will be easier for either President Trump or President Harris to shut down their financial support for Ukraine. Thank you, gentlemen, for an excellent and timely discussion. Much appreciated. Greg

  • @oldmansailor

The political landscape today echoes into the turbulent past. The fascist movement that the US began and financed in 1923, originally aimed at combating Bolshevism, has evolved. Once associated with a specific ideology, it has adapted its rhetoric and strategies, shedding its historical labels to blend into the fabric of modern geopolitics.
In the wake of the release of Mein Kompf, these movements sought to overthrow governments. Fast forward to today, and the same groups have rebranded themselves, leveraging and taking over institutions like the EU and NATO to modernize their agenda. Their focus has shifted to weaponizing profit and loss, using economic power and political manipulation to achieve their goals.
The Modern Manifesto: These groups now operate through a conglomerate of interests, essentially outsourcing their agendas to various factions willing to do their bidding through war. This reflects a disturbing trend where ideological battles are fought not only on the ground but through economic and political strategies.
This current scenario reminds me of a Clive Cussler novel narrative, where the future of civilization hinges on understanding past events. As we brace for potential crises, the echoes of history warn us of the patterns we may be repeating. In 10,000 years, if humanity survives, future historians like Graham Hancock will strive to uncover current events truths obscured by coverup and narratives.
In "These Dark Ages of Information", as we navigate this modern landscape, we face the erosion of historical accuracy. Governments do rewrite history, while religious extremism seeks to cover up inconvenient truths that do not support their narrative. The media landscape is in constant flux following the strict narrative of their corporate owners, complicating our understanding of the past. This leads to a present where our generation risks becoming the true dark ages, making it nearly impossible for future generations to reconstruct the truth.
As we engage in discussions about freedom of speech, it’s vital to reflect on the implications of silencing dissent. The truth, however uncomfortable, is essential for the evolution of society. If we continue to ignore these patterns and shut down diverse opinions, we are paving the way for our own destruction.
There is an issue of media and political narrative that needs to be addressed in America, at some point we must stop the hypocrisy and tell the truth that there's a problem with the authorities of our country lying to the people that they represent. Ordinary people are buying into the lies that make political support of prophecy self-fulfilling which will soon lead to world war.

The USSR was well prepared for all this at least by the 60s. When asked several retired general staff members why they did not strike at least before the planned star fell to earth event. No body volunteered an answer. Perhaps it was like the Japanese aircraft that appeared at sunset over SF after Pearl. No one could believe it was not an American trap.
Truth was all those aircraft had been sent to the USSR.

I wonder whether American people would clamor for retaliation with nuclear weapons if we lost that many soldiers in 45 days in a war with China, or rather they would call to stop the war.

Given the increasing production of mobile and submarine nuclear capable missile launchers now taking place within the three major nuclear armed states ie; America, Russia and China, the possibility of a pre-emptive nuclear strike by either one of them not being responded to with a similar nuclear strike back, is becoming less likely as the months go by. For better and for worse.
