Hi! Can’t say for sure. Both softwares are for different kinds of illustrations. Illustrator is for vector artworks so it’s gonna be hard to get any prominent shading techniques in, like the ones shown here. So keeping that in mind, I’d personally stick to Photoshop for this type of illustration.
