@@samytabby4718 I did, but because I refuse to bear the cost of shipping it back to the US (in addition to the cost of shipping it to Venezuela), they refuse to refund me. Shipping represents 30% of the cost of the laptop, so I'd be refunded 400 out of 674 dollars in reality. My last recourse is my claim before the bank or finding a lawyer who will want to represent me remotely based on the potential earnings of the case. Amazon and their representatives suck.
