I grew up in South Florida one of my favorite fish to eat are mangrove, snapper a.k.a. mangrove jack along with several other fish that you guys catch and call by a different name. I like learning what fish are called in other parts of the world. Here in the U.S. we call those mangrove jacks, grey or mangrove snapper due to their obvious behavior with anything near their mouth. We refer to pelagic fish Caranx hippos and similar species as jacks. Love the adventures and fun. Cheers
